Subway — Restaurant in Lincoln

I had a gut feeling it was going to be a bad time, since a lot of the time my experience at this particular location is not great and I ended up waiting a good amount of time for a simple Italian bmt meal. Also, there was not a single car in the drive thru at lunch time so that was my first sign. Went around 1pm on Sunday I thought about driving off after I put in my order b/c of the wait but told myself there was probably only one or two of them working blah blah blah. Had a coupon, asked some questions about the ridiculous price difference w/ the coupon advertised and my meal. Didn’t even talk to her that long about it, I asked ONE question, how much a specific topping was. Long story short the rude girl w/ the nose piercing at the drive thru acted like I was wasting HER time and said, “I’m kind of busy” while gesturing for me to hurry up after she kept me waiting to help the customers who came into the store after me and after I had been waiting for at least 10 mins in the drive thru, when there was one customer inside the store and none in the drive thru and looked like at least two people were working when I got there and she didn’t help w/ the coupon question AT ALL. I would’ve stayed and paid if she hadn’t thrown me the worst attitude ever. I told her to keep the meal and left. Never coming back to this...

The worst subway experience I've had in decades. Two sandwiches ordered via the drive thru, one sandwich came out just meat and cheese, none of the toppings. The second came out with wrong toppings, and it was very poorly made. The cashier and additional worker could not count change correctly.

When I returned to the store I was met with attitude, and more incompetence. I was refused a refund, and given two new sandwiches, one of which was also incorrect. (I was told I would be refunded via the manager, the next day)

The manager was supposed to call me the next day, and didn't - when I called him, he get disrespectful and rude, because he was offended I spoke of a poor experience, all because his daughter was one of the workers, and couldn't get it in his tiny head that this does not change the the negative experience I had, and started to get angry and combative.

Please, utilize any other subway in town.

And to the angry dude - This is a teaching moment for you, regardless of the employees being your blood or not.

I love Subway but was very disappointed with my last visit to the subway close to 52nd and O street in Lincoln Nebraska. 😔😞 I normally order a Veggie Delite. Normally they are loaded with veggies like overflowing today this is the skinniest thinnest sandwich I've ever had and it was disappointing and didn't taste as good it barely had any lettuce on it I was very disappointed it was skinny like a Jimmy John's sandwich like one of the slim ones and then I'm also disappointed that they totally ruined the sweet onion sauce the sweet onion sauce is their most popular sauce that they have if it's not broken don't fix it they put Teriyaki flavor in it and it's not good if you have a veggie Delight you don't want to taste a hint of meat taste on your veggie Delight but that was my favorite sauce for the sandwich before they put the teriyaki on it so they need to change that back make the sweet onion sauce just the sweet onion sauce again perfect like it was!? But yeah I was disappointed today cuz I never had a Subway...
