After leaving the subway off of Nicholas where I received awful customer service and a poor selection of breads (they didn't even have flatbread which comes out of the freezer) I headed to the subway off of Stearling parkway, hoping for a better selection of bread and service. There, I received the same level of poor customer service, which worsened when the employee tried to charge me $6 for a 6" veggie delight with no cheese or avocado, and then proceeded to charge my boyfriend $8 for a 6" turkey sandwich. To top off my experience here, I got home about 5 minutes later, excited to open up my sandwich and devour it as I have not eaten today, only to find it covered in mold. I headed back to subway for the third time today, and as I presented the employee with my mold ridden sandwich, he gave me an attitude and did not offer a remade sandwich or refund at all. He said "sorry." And then looked at me like I was to do something about it. I kept my cool and kindly asked for a refund. I do feel the need to post about this experience however, as ingesting mold can kill people, and the employee who made my sandwich removed the last slice of wheat flatbread from the bag and served it to me. Read moreI did not write before but this was too much and I am going to do it now. Let me tell you this first to get it out of the way, he sandwich did not have right item and right amount in the sandwich too. Last night I ordered a sandwich and I realized that I ordered it from wrong place. I tried to order somewhere I was closed but since Lincoln Subway was the last place I ordered by mistake the order went there. I could not cancel by the app so I tried to call and have them cancel the order so I could order from where I was. Despite number of times I called no one picked up the phone. So I decided to drive and see if they were busy to pick up the phone. When arrived the only person in the store was the worker who is sweeping. He saw me looked up and continued to sweep told him here to pickup order. Also I told him when the phone rings you need to pickup he did look at me and turned his back to me continued to sweep. Before i had issue too but this was a cherry on the top. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Unfortunately, this is the third time I find myself confronted by a Spanish speaking man calling himself Carlos of short statured. He asked me what I needed. I asked for a footlong steak and cheese sandwich with drink and chips. He charged me over $16.00. I gave him my cell phone to scan the $7.99 special He laughed and said go somewhere else because they dont accept that special. So I went the nicolaus store paid $7.99 plus tax. That store had a line out the door and actually ran out of my favorite bread but Iwas ok with substitute. I have been here several times and noticed the absence of customers every day and time.
