Taco John's — Restaurant in Lincoln

Drove up at 8:20pm. The door was locked. Seemed very strange as I could see 6 staff just sitting around inside. I noticed a sign on the door that said "do to cold temperatures we will be closing at 9pm." OK but it's 8:20pm so what's up. A young man cane to the closed door and yelled to me. "We are closed. It's to cold" I pointed at the sign and said it's not 9pm. He just kept saying we are closed it's to cold. So I called another TB and asked about closing at 9 and why the lobby (with 6 staff sitting around) would be closed. Was told that is wrong, we are open until 9pm tonight the lobby and drive through. Went to the drive through and asked to talk to Mgr. Then was told that his Mgr told him to close 1 hr early due to COVID. Then why have the sign on the door say 9pm and have 6 staff just sitting around! I will be calling to talk to someone who knows more in the AM but this really passed me off. If you are closing ok go ahead but don't put one time on the sign and then close at another time. What a wast. I will...

I was most dissatisfied with the customer service as well as the food. The female who took my order was having trouble repeating my order back to me correctly. She still didn't have it correct when she rung up my bill. My 5 hardshell tacos were put in the sack first with 2 orders of potatoes ole's placed on top of the hardshell tacos with 2 nacho cheese dips too. By the time I got home with the order my hardshell tacos were smashed, the potato ole's were cold & mushy. I ordered the potato ole's without salt & seasoning so Taco John's had to fry a batch fresh. They didn't fry them until they were golden in color & crispy. It was a disappointing dinner to say the least. This seems to happen every time I go to Taco John's which is very rare. I wouldn't recommend this fast food...

Came here for lunch. The WORST customer service experience ever. Waited over 15 mins for food with only 1 person in front of me, all whole 10 people got their food through the drive thru. I asked an employee if she knew when our food would be ready or the gentleman's that was waiting longer than we were. Her response was absolutely ugly and completely unwelcoming. Then the lady who claimed to be a manager sat there and argued with us about cheese sauce we paid for but didn't get. I then went up to speak with the manager to discuss my issues and she was completely unprofessional. This store needs a lot of help and needs some new positive faces.
