Taco John's — Restaurant in Lincoln

I showed up there about 30 min before close on a Tuesday. This dude that looked like a pigeon says to me “you know we close in eight minutes” to which I replied with “the door says that the lobby closed in 30 minuets” and he just came across very rude to me the whole time. He mopped the floor right beside me basically trapping me in the booth I was in. I stayed sitting and finished my six pack and a pound. He just sat behind the counter staring at me the whole time. Then as I was done eating I got up and he followed me to the door as I unlocked it (still five minutes before close) and locked it immediately after I got it all the way closed. Needless to say an overall poor experience for my first time to Taco Johns in over two years. And a good remember for me to not need to go there again for a very long time. If ever. I may try another location, but definitely not going back to the one on 84th. As for me. I’ll stick to Taco Bell...

Nasty store. Got more drama then a highschool. Got people that forget to show up and open the store. These people couldn't poor piss out of a boot with directions on the heal. The owner is rediculous. Thinks he's helping out by doing dishes. Uuuum try getting a foodhandlers permit and actually doing work that benefits the store dude... I have studied the kitchen and question how sanitary it is. Check out all the empty booze shooters in the parking lot, those ain't from the customers, I can tell you that for free. And if you need any drugs at all just apply for a job, if you get hired you'll have the ultimate hook up. Nothing like powdering your nose, throwing on some A-Ha and cooking breakfast. This store needs to be closed cuz it don't run smooth at all. Don't go through the drive thru, you'll be lucky to get anything you ordered. Then when you come in you get attitude. Rex and Mark got a real 3 ring circus...

My order was to go. The dining area was clean & inviting. The clerk who took my order did so pleasantly. Was looking over my receipt while waiting for my order & noticed a few items were over priced. I brought these items to the attention of the clerk who took my order. He saw what I was talking about, but couldn't figure out how it rang up on the cash register correctly & showed it differently on my receipt. He gave me a large soda glass to fill with a soda of my choice to compensate for the incorrect prices on my receipt which was kind of him. I went to get a Dr. Pepper soda & it was out & there were no other sodas I liked so threw the cup away. Got home & the salad was very skimpy & something to be desired. Our potatoes rounds were under cooked & soggy. My hard shell tacos were greasy from the meat & all the shells were broken. I definitely will find a new taco restuarant that serves...
