BUYER BEWARE I went to this location at lunch today with my husband. I ordered two $6 biggie bags. They are on the menu with having two sandwich options to choose from, one being a bacon double stack and the other being a crispy chicken blt, in which I chose each option. I was just there yesterday and ordered the same thing, except we both chose the bacon double stack. The price for that yesterday was $13.13. So, it was a little odd that today it was $14.22. NBD right it's just a little over a dollar difference, but I still chose to ask why it changed from yesterday. The "manager" told me it was because one of the sandwiches are actually a dollar upcharge. Color me confused, because it does not say that on the menu. I told the manager that it is listed as $6 dollars on the menu why aren't you honoring that price? He said, "that's the price in the system, we don't have any control over it." I said you can't modify that price so that you are honoring the price on the menu. He said "no, what else can I get you." I left without paying or getting the food, because it is not ok to advertise one price and charge another without even an afterthought. Oh, wait it gets better. I thought, hey this should be brought to the attention of their corporate office. Yes, I realize most complaints go completely unnoticed, as is the greed of corporate world. However, I called the corporate office, and they practically laughed in my face, because "they are a franchise, and we have no control over their operations" What is the point of having a corporate office if they have no authority? So, the consumer is being taken advantage of, and we are just to roll over and take it. It is a very sad day that you are so desperate to keep your pockets filled that you forgot what it is to provide good customer service. Perhaps it won't even make a difference but man just such a...
Read moreOh, Wendy’s, you sneaky purveyor of culinary snooze-fests, you had me fooled with your redheaded mascot and promises of fast-food glory, but what I got was a one-way ticket to Blandsville, population: my taste buds. This place is like a flavor vacuum, sucking the joy out of dining with the enthusiasm of a tax audit. Let’s tear into this underwhelming disaster with a grin. The food? Calling it “food” feels generous, like giving a participation trophy to a cardboard cutout. The burger was so bland it could’ve been the poster child for a beige paint swatch. I took one bite and my mouth sent an SOS: “Hello? Flavor? Anyone home?” It’s like Wendy’s forgot the spice rack existed and just slapped some sadness between two buns. I’ve had more exciting meals in a hospital cafeteria. The fries? Oh, please. They were so boring they could star in a documentary called “Potatoes: A Study in Apathy.” Limp, lifeless, and with all the charisma of a wet sock, these spuds were a crime against crunch. I’m pretty sure they were seasoned with the tears of disappointed customers. I ate them out of sheer obligation, but my soul wept with every bite. Wendy’s, you’re not for me—or anyone with functioning taste buds, for that matter. This meal was so underwhelming it could make a sloth yawn. If I wanted to feel this uninspired, I’d read a toaster manual. Next time I’m craving fast food, I’ll just chew on some air—it’s got more zest and fewer regrets. Wendy’s, take your bland banditry elsewhere; I’m done with this...
Read moreDriving through, this has to be the worst Wendy's we have ever been to. Had to go into the restaraunt because drive through was backed up and main order monolith didn't work.
The food took about 10-12 minutes to come up and the drink machine was out of most everything.
The guy behind the counter said they couldn't fill the soda because they didn't have soda behind the counter(so everyone in drive through just getting water?). His manager told him he had to catch up om orders... so our order was posted and a few more folks walked in. They didn't address the soda machine... eventually the manager came out, I thanked her only to find whatever she did didn't work. By this time our food was cold and we walked next door to get my son a soda from the quick mart, which was cheaper...
Fries were WAY OVER SALTED and limp, burgers had an insane amount of mayo oozing out from the buns on our 3 sandwiches.
We ended up paying for a drink we didn't get and the iced Tea tasted nasty, like something was growing in the tea, 2x drinks = wasted money.
Wendy's is usually great but this one couldn't get it together yesterday and I question that tea, need to have health inspectors check it out and definitely need Wendy's corporate to run several surprise evaluations there as something is very wrong here.
They didn't give me a receipt with the order, I suspect to cover the horrible service. I will put in a manual call to wendys...
