This place is really went down the plunger I used to love coming here all the time and getting food I went with my friend and she has a dietary restriction she cannot eat cheese she requested that there be no cheese on her Big Mac and they put cheese on her Big Mac we went back and requested that she get a whole new sandwich and they said no and they turned us away and they said that if we said no cheese we should have said it at the speaker and it read on our receipt that there was not supposed to be cheese on the Big Mac that's not even the worst part because, the last two times kind of stopped me from going there The first time my food was wrong and I order was not received she kept telling me to just move up like my order wasn't important and when I finally got my bag it was wrong it wasn't my order with someone else's order and then they refuse to replace it or at least give me my correct order. The second time I went there I was shunned at the window they tried to take my change back to my I'm out was 18 something and I gave her a 28 something and she asked me what the 28 was about and I said I needed $10 back and she tried to just hand me the receipt and steal my $10 and then she complained to her manager saying that I stole from her and when I show the manager my receipt she didn't do anything and she thought that I was in the wrong even though it was proved on the receipt that I was supposed to get $10 back. It was a woman with short white orange hair and another woman with black hair and glasses they really did not care to know if my order was correct or even if I got my change back it seemed like they were just trying to get everyone gone so they could close early. Read moreOrdered a $5 meal deal with the code in the app- when ordering I told them the code right after giving her my order (which I always have done) to which the woman taking the order REPEATED correctly back to me with my name as well. I pull up to the payment window and the next girl says, “just one mobile order?” And I tell her yes, just one $5 meal deal and she says okay and hands me my receipt (I have my card connected to the app so it pays automatically). I go to look at my receipt when pulling up to the next window to get my food and see I got charged $15.66 instead of $5 with other added items I never ordered on the receipt. I mention to the next young lady it’s incorrect and she grabs apparently the woman who took my order. The woman who took my order (black hair, shorter stature, and gold eyeliner on this day) was EXTREMELY rude and blamed me for being charged incorrectly stating that I gave her the code after I ordered and that it’s my fault essentially (mind you she repeated the code back to me), and didn’t admit she added two other meals to my order essentially. I told her I didn’t appreciate the attitude, to which she made a face and turned her back and just said “pull up”. Then, who I would assume the manager is came out and explained that I needed to give the code before I ordered, and I said okay however I’ve been coming here for 3 years consistently and never had this issue before and still no mention that they added other random items to my order. Read moreOrdered through the mobile app proceeded to go through the drive thru for the lady at the other end to tell me my order wasn't recieved. Went back and forth a couple times until the lady finally says she sees my order after repeated multiple times, I'm assuming her lack of English was the issue. When I approach the window she mention I should just cancel the order because it didn't go through. I said fine I'll just go to another mcdonald until I tried to cancel and it stated that order was already in process and wouldn't be able to do that. I also noticed that I already got charged for the order and mentioned it to her. She basically stated that she doesn't have the order and wasn't her problem, I asked to speak to a manager and apparently she was the manager (short mexican lady with blonde hair). I paid for a order and didn't recieve a refund or my food and was told get out of her line I can't do anything for you by the "manager". She also refused to give me her name. Not sure how mcdonalds train their management team how to deal with situations but this clearly was not it. She as the manager didn't offer any solutions, just a its not my problem get out of my line response while being rude and unprofessional the whole time.
