Panera Bread — Restaurant in Linden

Ordered delivery on the Panera app. When my order didn’t arrive after being marked as delivered I called the store in Linden nj for help. Well the person I spoke with was completely useless. Kept saying he had a picture of it being delivered in the lobby. And no matter how many times I told him I checked the lobby many times and it was not there I offered to send him a picture too and he just kept saying the same thing. So I told him the driver must have went to the wrong place. Turns out the driver went to the wrong floor because they cannot count and the employee at Panera just refused to help and after nearly 30 minutes on the phone the employee told he the driver went to the wrong floor. They kept me on the phone for nearly 30 minutes refusing to come up with a solution telling me what they could do and could contact door dash to get me my $30 back but they didn’t I kept waiting for the. To say they would but the guy never did and no matter how many times I asked okay and when are you planning to contact door dash they did not answer. So one could assume what they really meant is I will not help you I am just going to waste your time for 30 minutes and then tell you the driver went to the wrong floor altogether. The service staff always forgets something from my order when I deliver. When i call they ask what do you want us to do. Today i called and i was explaining how they always forget something and the delivery always comes up missing and i have to go get it myself. What is the point of delivery, if i have to pick it up myself. This time the staff member was so rude when i called, she yelled and said excuse me you’re interrupting me, im trying to help you here and then hung up and didn’t answer when i called back. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. It is not hard to check an order before sending it out for delivery. I wouldn’t make an issue if it was once or twice but this is every time we order from them, they try and work fast but not accurate. I rather you take your time and make sure everything is accurate. I don’t want to have to drive to the store to get my things, if I ordered delivery, then whats the point. I recommend you order from literally anywhere else.
