Everything is wrong here. This whole experience was a fail. I went to Walmart to pick up a few things and saw that the new Taco Bell was open. It's around 8:30pm so I went in, no one greets me, there was a gentleman there to pick up a delivery and eventually after a conversation between the two workers the gentleman came to take my order. Apparently, the registers were down and the system had to be restarted. Still waiting... And it looks like this is going to be a while. I waited and the gentleman that took my order suggested that I use the kiosk which I did not mind. After a further wait, I believe the manager Dion came out to assist by placing my order on the kiosk, which looked complicated. My order was ready, the number one supreme which came with a drink. I received my order and a cup. I went and filled the cup with strawberry lemonade and went back to the register and asked for the lid. I was directed back to the fountain where I saw they were holes for the lids but they were no labels so I had no idea which lid fit my cup. After trial and error, trying all the lids since they were no labels, I finally found the lid for my cup but I had to reach back because the lids were not pushed to the front. Smh. I just gathered my order and left. I get home to find out that the strawberry lemonade had no flavor. It was colored water. I'm so aggravated and frustrated. I called the location and spoke to Dion and informed him of my horrible experience and his brand new location. He then tells me that they were out of strawberry lemonade unbeknownst to me after I purchased it. I shared with him my frustration and total dissatisfaction with the whole experience from the door to walking out, post purchase. I shared with him that this whole experience is messed up and needs to be fixed. For starters it was late and empty with 6-8 people there. There's no reason why someone should not be ready to take an order. Second with the registers are down , What's the plan B? Next label those lids so people know where to go and what size to get and three don't sell things you don't have. I paid for a drink that I did not get. After all this I didn't get that he took concerned and apologized for nothing him. So I hung up and started writing my review. Dion, the manager did what he could by taking my order...
Read moreThis Taco is a brand new one that recently opened a few months ago and was really looking forward to it, but it has been the worst one I have been to so far. Every time you order something specific, they don't comply with how you want your order. I've passed several times hoping my experience is a bit better, but it was quite the opposite. Every time I passed it was always a different problem wether they are only accepting cash or they run out of the items in the menu that I'm usually there for and forces me to try a different place instead. As a taco bell fan I really hope they improve this place and solve these problems for their good and the customers as well. I understand it can be overwhelming being in a spot were there cars are constantly passing by, but the employees need to make sure they have everything noted that is ordered and not miss anything to avoid any problems in the future with anyone and save time for them and the customer. Hope everyone else has a better experience than I have these past couple times and if the the problem is the wage , then they should have them increased with everything going up in price and can help make the employees a bit happier causing the domino effect and making the work more suffecient and perhaps better service than before Hope...
Read moreLet me start off by saying that before I write a bad review, I give a place multiple chances… I get Taco Bell is fast food, but these were probably the coldest tacos with pretty much no meat, all sour cream in them… I literally had sour cream tacos and it was the grossest thing… This hasn’t been the first time..previously ordered a crunch wrap supreme And that didn’t have meat in it either. Can’t even wash my tacos down because they don’t even have bottles of water and instead of them telling you that they don’t have bottles of water they charge you for a meal and then tell you after they charge you that they don’t have bottles of water but you could have fountain water or soda..I don’t drink soda and I’m not paying extra for tap water in a cup. I’m pretty sure that by 5 PM you should know if you have bottles or not. When they first opened a few months back, they were great but now they’re just horrendous… Don’t even bother for fast food there’s way better places literally next door.. want Mexican? Go to Moe’s. It’s the next light over. Thanks for the gross sour...
