Fuji Sushi & Steak House — Restaurant in Linwood

Placed an order through door dash and after an hour of waiting we got text saying the restaurant canceled my order. I called them and they said they didn’t do it. But my order was ready and I could come get it. I went to go get it because at this point I am starving. Called DoorDash on the way there and they said it was the restaurant that canceled the order and that they would give me a credit for it. When I got there they still told me they didn’t cancel it, but there my order was waiting for me. They just said “idk call DoorDash maybe they can help you” So Someone was lying and I believe it was the restaurant. I’ll never go back. They didn’t even offer me anything for the problem, I ordered at 6 and didn’t get my food until 7:30 and that’s just unacceptable. The sushi was good, but not worth the headache. Sorry not Sorry, But this place sucks. My first experience with them was bad. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and it was the lowest quality, Chewiest, nastiest tasting chicken I've ever had.

Flash foward a few years later and my sister picked up lunch for us both since we both work from home and she ordered me Teriyaki Chicken again from this place. So I had forgotten about how much I disliked this place and the low quality food. The second I bit into the chicken all those bad memories came rushing back and I instantly remembered this place.

They still were serving this horrible excuse for chicken teriyaki and nothing had changed!. AVOID THIS PLACE, THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD!.

P.S. You cant call yourself a "Steak House" IF YOU DON'T ACTUALLY SELL...

Giving one star is generous... I’ve been coming to Fuji for years and this time was the last straw! I called to order everything was fine, I picked up all good. Get home realize I’m missing rice when the receipt said three orders of rice I only received one! I call back to say how I paid for three and only received 2.. while on the phone I’m getting yelled out by the lady who takes the orders, telling me I only ordered 2 and how if I wanted another it would cost me! I have witnesses who can confirm that on the phone I ordered 3!! I’ve worked in the restaurant business and if I ever treated a customer that way I’d be fired on the spot! Never again will I order from here! Absolutely disrespectful!! 10/10 would...
