Wow! We were definitely impressed with this restaurant. I wasn't too sure at first since everything is ala carte, making it a bit pricier than other local restaurants if you want a side with your entree, but in the end, we had zero complaints! The atmosphere is cozy, with a smaller dining space and dark features. The service was impeccable, our waitress knew the menu well and timed our dishes perfectly. We ordered the calamari and shrimp appetizer, which was ridiculously good and a pretty large portion for an appetizer! Then I ordered the halibut with lump crab meat and my husband ordered the braised short rib. For the seafood dish, I have never ever had lump crab that tasted so good! I wish I could get a bowl of just this crab meat 😆 The sauce and fish were also fantastic making this a dish I would absolutely get again and again. My husband's dish had so much flavor! The beef was extremely tender and shredded easily with just a fork. The mashed potatoes were no slouch either. Can't forget about the rosemary infused olive oil that we dipped our bread in! That was also a great touch! Overall, the vibe, service and food made it all worth the price in my opinion. A great spot for date nights and special occasions. And don't forget to make reservations! They filled up very quickly

Pretty busy little BYOB spot in Linwood , mostly Italian food but also steaks if that's your thing. It's BYOB and this place was busy at 5.15pm Friday night. Get the Caesar Salad, very tasty dressing and big enough for 3 to split. Calamari and Shrimp app is tasty too , ask for that sweet n sour sauce on the side to dip. Rolls are warm and crispy . My parents got steaks which they thought were a bit overdone so ask for it rarer than you want it . I got Crab Pomodoro pasta which was ok but I would try fish next time. Tiramisu is fine. Chocolate cake is dense and fudgy. Creme Brulee Cheesecake I would skip. Nothing special but the Tiramisu is good. Get that . Definitely make reservations and bring some wine . Lots of parking right outside. Staff are really nice . Also you have to order sides with the steaks because they don't come with anything. Get the Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! This was the best Italian dinner I’ve had in a very long time. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff super punctual and kind. Stephanie was our sever and she did a great job explaining the menu and making recommendations being our first time there. They served warm bread and olive oil to start which we love! We got the crab bisque and burrata appetizer. The burrata was the perfect size for two, and the crab bisque was AMAZING and loaded with crab chucks which you rarely see. For entrees my husband ordered the sun dried tomato gnocchi and eggplant. I got the blush cheese tortellini - so delicious and not too thick. Our experience was great and we will definitely be back!!

My family decided to come here after another member had enjoyed a previous visit. We made reservations. I contacted the restaurant through their website a week prior to inquire as to a vegan meal for myself. The automated response said to allow 48 hours for a reply. With no response after 3 days, I called. I explained that I was vegan and coming with a group and wondered if they could accommodate me. After holding, I was told they could make a pasta Primavera. I then asked if the pasta was egg free. I was put on hold again. The response was that the pasta contained egg. So I asked what they could do. I was told they could do the Primavera. Basically, just veggies. I inquired about beans and was told they had none. I asked if they could put the veggies over rice. They said I could and to just let my server know when we came in. When we came in to eat, the server asked if there were any questions. I explained to her my previous discussion. I then found out that the rice was cooked with cream and the chef wasn't able to make it without. The mashed potato side contained skim milk. I work in a restaurant and understand that it's difficult when certain items are already prepared to prepare something separately. I asked about salad. I was assured that they would bring a salad for the table without cheese. But a Cesar salad was what was served. I asked the server if they could make a small side salad for me without cheese. She said she'd ask the chef. She didn't know if he would, but since it was for a dietary restriction, he might. She returned to inform me that the chef was not willing to make a side salad for me. As a longtime vegan, I'm used to having to make due, to do without. I didn't complain that there were no appetizers I could eat while the rest of my family enjoyed. I understood that I was not at a vegan restaurant. But to refuse to make a small side salad? Unbelievable. So while my family ate appetizers and salad, I had a slice of bread. Most good non-vegan restaurants I've been to are more than happy to get creative for their vegan guests. But the fact that I not only contacted them through their website a week in advance, and called 3 days in advance to request a vegan meal, and then to have no options, was extremely disappointing. What I did wind up having were some roasted potatoes and a plate of cooked veggies. It was fine. I had plenty to eat. I'm not complaining about that. I'm just floored that with advance notice, they couldn't be more accommodating. It's not like I was dining alone. I was with a group that spent a lot of money here. I will say that everyone else seemed happy with their meals overall. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. But I won't be back. When it comes to dining out with others, most vegans I know will go to a place that can accommodate everyone, including the vegans. So they will take the entire group elsewhere. That's my...

I have very mixed reviews of this place. My wife and I went to dinner the other night. Paula greeted us as our server. Great Personality and very bubbly. She opened out wine for us and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. We ordered the the calamari and bisque soup as appetizers. Bisque soup was fantastic. Calamari came out luke warm. Paula came to check in on us. We sent the calamari back. She put an order in for another one. It came out very hot but was kinda fried too hard IMO. It was acceptable but could have been a lot better if it was fried lighter like it should have been. We finish our our appetizers. Dinner comes out a few minutes later. The food runner drops the entrees in front of us but no side dish. Downhill from here. We taste our food. (sea bass) Very Hot and and tastes good. We wait about 3-4 minutes and realize our side of vegetables is not coming. I do not like to me my main course by itself. We are not checked on. I grab the nearest person (another food runner) to check our order for the side of broccoli rabe. I dont know what is going on at this point. Paula comes to check in on a few minutes later that its on its way and out there is no charge for it. I am 75% through my meal by the time it comes out. I am not very happy at this point. Kind of ruined my meal. Manager came over to apologize as well. I was not feeling it. You comped my vegetable but ruined my experience in your restaurant. You could have done it a bit more which would have went a long way. I have worked in enough eateries to know better. Thumbs down! I wont repeat. Overall experience C- to D. Service was adequate but could have been better. A prompt service check by the food runner or server could have avoided a lot of unhappiness on my part. Management could have addressed the situation better. She saw the look on my face of not being happy and said sorry, i comped your...

The experience was pretty.....mehh. We ordered the burrata appetizer as well as the calamari and rock shrimp. The burrata came out ice cold and served by itself which was kinda lame, no crostini or anything. Had to ask for some bread. The calamari was tasty and the little specs of rock shrimp that came with it were ok I guess. Service was kinda lacking too, not so much in our waitress but more in the runner clumsily reaching his outstretched arm across three people instead of walking around the table. This is just me being petty I suppose but I get annoyed when they stand next to the table like a deer in headlights asking what everyone ordered. Everyone's pasta dishes were delicious and came out piping hot so kudos to that. Tiramisu for dessert was also nice. Again a small thing but just sticks in my head is, instead of asking if anyone needed anything the bill was slipped under my arm as I was eating my dessert and drinking my coffee. I felt like I was being rushed out. Another little thing I would have liked is maybe a little Sinatra or Bocelli playing in the background. Instead I felt more like I was in a cafeteria of muddled conversations. With all that being said, the food minus the burrata was delicious. The Pork Ragu and Sunday Gravy were awesome and left me wanting more. I would go back, Maybe just to order food and bring it...
