The Cheese Board — Restaurant in Linwood

I have been here a few times and have always found the employees to be helpful. They have a variety of products for purchase, but I admit that I am mainly there for cheese. They have a case with a great selection of quality cheeses. Different people have taken care of me when I have been in there. I have found all of them to be helpful when asking questions about different cheeses. They gladly responded to my and they offer for you to sample any cheese in the case (sometimes getting a sample ready even before I ask). I have bought various cheeses here and have been happy with them all because I knew exactly what I was getting. The prices are acceptable for the quality of cheese you receive and they offer the cheese in smaller quantities to make it more affordable (if you prefer).

Since I don't live in the area, I don't get there too often. I have never sat down to eat in this establishment, but if the quality and service @ the cheese counter is a reflection of the business, I would think it would...

I am kind of bummed to write this review, but I am doing so they can better themselves. First, I am an absolute huge fan of their cheese selection. It’s awesome and the employees are very helpful.

Here is where it goes bad. I decided to give one of their $14 Italian hoagies a shot. It was absolutely disgraceful, I was expecting this stacked gourmet sandwich. It had arugula, low quality (extra fatty) prosciutto, and one of my halves had one slice of tomato. Literally that was it, I opted out of the onions. The ONE type of meat and cheese were barely enough to cover the roll. All I can say is stay away from sandwiches. I guess that is the reason I see very few people sitting down and having lunch every time I go in to purchase cheeses. A wawa hoagies is way better for...

I recently visited The Cheese Board and had a fantastic experience! The new owners, Justin and Leiza, are so welcoming and respectful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is just as friendly, and it’s clear they all genuinely care about the place and its customers.

I was working on my laptop during my visit, and they even brought me a delicious serving of Pico de Gallo with homemade chips—absolutely amazing! The chips were crispy, and the Pico was fresh and full of flavor, making for a perfect snack.
