Friday night and we decided on breakfast for dinner. Whoops that went south real fast. We arrived and Joshua seated us super quick. only 2 other tables were taken by customers. Several others were not cleared off. Drinks were ordered and they were the best part of the meal. 45 minutes of waiting for the meal. 3 meals to review Lets start with mine. Denver omelet with onion, cheese and country gravy added to hash browns. Onion and cheese did not make it to the hash browns and the gravy was warmish and bland. The omelet was ok dry but ok put a little gravy on it to fix it. The toast..... Well charcoal is a color and side added to the meal. Shortberry dream cakes are next on our list of disappointments. The scrambled eggs were good but lukewarm. One turkey bacon slice made with ice cubes. The hashbrowns were ordered extra crispy well that was not close to how they came. Cooked slightly less then normal. Didnt eat them. Pancakes looked fantastic. Then finding blueberries inside and uncooked batter. (Not supposed to have blueberries in it and should be cooked). Did not eat that either. 4 sausage links ordered ala carte. Were just dumped on the adults plates. They were for the kids. The sausages were surprisingly cheap with some kind of filler in them. The kids meal kepped to the standards of the rest. Jr. Birthday pancakes and added an egg with cheese. $1 for an egg ok $1.29 for a pinch of cheese not ok. The egg went well. The pancakes tasted of chalkboard erasers and spray can cream.this was not eaten either. I can see why there was 2 kinds of hot sauce and ketchup brought to the table. After telling the waiter. He said sorry and offered 25%off. Went to pay the bill and some guy that seemed to be in charge changed that to 15%. He swiped an AARP discount card that made the discount %15. During my visit, I encountered several issues that left me dissatisfied. Firstly, I found the behavior of the manager, Iwon, to be inappropriate. He seemed confrontational and displayed a lack of professionalism by attempting to engage in an aggressive manner. This behavior was particularly concerning as I was accompanied by my family, including my children.
Furthermore, I observed a generally unfriendly atmosphere among the staff. They appeared to use derogatory language when referring to customers, which is not in line with the expected standards of a family restaurant. As a resident of Litchfield Park, I believe it's important for local establishments to reflect the values of our community.
I would also like to bring to your attention that the restaurant's online reputation is not favorable. According to Google reviews, Denny's currently has a rating of 3.9 stars, and on Yelp, the rating is even lower at 2.8 stars. These ratings reflect the experiences shared by other customers and further highlight the need for improvement urgently.

Read moreMe and my son went here on veteran day and it was quite busy but we wasn’t in no rush so we sat and waited for our name to be called once we got seated our waitress came and I felt like I was being rushed because as soon as she took our drink orders she immediately asked if we was ready to order mind you we had just sat down and I didn’t even open the menu yet so my son loves pancakes so I immediately was able to put his order in first I told her I needed a little more time so she left came back like 3 mins later and asked was I ready so at this point I still was feeling rushed so I just end up ordering a chicken Cobb salad and some chicken buffalo boneless wings and when it came out I started eating well after biting into my second wing I was getting ready to dip it in ranch and that’s when I noticed it wasn’t done and immediately I notified the waitress she looked at it and said she was sorry she would let the manager know and that someone would be over to talk to me well that never happened they took the wings off my bill but I wasn’t offered a extra discount or talk by management no nothing and to make matters worse it was my birthday my son wanted to take me to breakfast well that didn’t go well also we was never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks we was put in the middle of the floor by the bathrooms where people are walking back and forth bumping our chairs it was one of the worst experiences I had in a very long time and when I got home I had a bad stomach ache I’m positive it was from the...
