Came in after picking up our son from school around 2:15 pm. We were the only people in the place. The employee asked for a couple minutes which was no problem. Our son wanted a cone with the sprinkles on it since it was on display. They didnāt have it. So he got a regular sugar cone. I ordered a double scoop in a waffle cone, again since it was displayed and they were out. The employee said that she hadnāt made them yet, she offered a chocolate covered one but I went with a cup. If you are out of something no problem but remove the item you are out of so it is no longer being offered. We checked and she charged us for the 2 sugar cones that we got. Even though the menu board says that the sugar cones are free with scoop purchase. I brought it up to the employee and she said those are old. I said even if they are that is still what is being advertised and should be honored. She said no itās not right, I responded with well itās what is advertised. I asked for the managers name so I can call and speak with them. She refused to give the managers name as āshe didnāt want them to get in troubleā. Truly disappointed with the service and the products that were available. This time, I tried placing an order with the Little Elm location, but when I called, they told me they canāt take payment over the phone, and I couldnāt pay at pickup either. The only option they gave me was to come into the store, so I made the trip.
When I arrived, Jack directed me to an iPad to place my order, but it wasnāt turning on, and he had no idea where the key was to get it started. I asked if there was a way I could pay in-store and email the photo to their store email to complete the order, and his response was simply, āIām not sure.ā
I asked if there was anyone else who could assist me or if he could contact someone for help, and he said no. Jack seemed completely uninterested in trying to help me or find a solution, even though I had come all the way to the store just to place this order.

We show up day of pick up and the OWNER is unable to find it. As we are sitting there waiting we realize the store is filthy. Behind the counter is absolutely disgusting. Then he comes up to us and says āoops, we didnāt make itā. āYou can wait 3 hours for us if you need it todayā. Luckily I planned ahead and the party was the day after.. but what if it hadnāt been? Just ruin the party? Unacceptable. Next day we show up and luckily it is ready but he then charged me full price. No discount, and not much apology or concern. Again, thank god the party was the next day! They did a great job decorating and Iāll give them that but the cake tasted Absolutely awful. The cake itself was dry and our kids spit out the frosting.
