Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Little Elm

Went to this location recently after a few years and I was really sad to see it is now roach infested. After getting our food, we saw a roach on the cabinet under the drink station crawling up toward the fountain drinks. I brought it to the attention of an employee who was wiping the countertop above. He swiped it with the towel and kept cleaning with the dirty rag. Before I could make it back to the table to inform my family members, they saw a 2nd roach crawling up the wall behind the booth seat. I advised management, who assured me they've never seen anything like this and have pest control out twice a month. I was refunded, and we left, but not before watching the roach on the wall crawl behind the booth next to another customer. Im sure had we sat there for an hour, we would have seen at least 10 roaches!! This is why we don't eat out...

New in the area and went for dine-in buffet at this location. Staff were friendly and pleasant, but the the tables weren't all clean despite there only being 2 other parties in the restaurant. There was pizza available at all the spots, but the pizza was all way overcooked. The crust was very tough and the toppings were all dried out from the heat. Pasta was ok. Dessert items were also significantly overcooked and felt a bit like eating thick sugary cardboard, and would make a knocking noise when tapped on our plates. I suspect the conveyor belt is too slow, or the heat isn't adjusted properly in the oven, but regardless the food quality should have been caught when ALL of the items were...

Poor service. Ordered a custom pizza and sat down with my kids and waited for it as they are the pizza from the bar, which wasn’t that fresh.

Usually do a custom pizza bc I’m not a fan of CiCis buffet but the kids like it.

Waited for about 20 mins and it wasn’t ready so I went to ask about it. Lady said she would bring it when it was ready. Another 7-8 mins go by and still not ready so I asked about the status. That’s when manager guy says they accidentally gave it to a different table. Not sure when they were going to tell me but needless to say, I didn’t get the pizza I ordered.
