EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIBLE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am usually not a person to write a review but this Popeye's location is horrible!! 2nd time I had issues with them and THIS is unacceptable.
1st time my husband went around 8pm one day to grab some food and the employee at the drive thru told him they stop making more chicken for the night and they only had like tenders, legs and thighs left. We were trying to order a family meal. If you close at 11p who tells someone they are not frying anymore chicken? He got upset and drove off.
2nd time since the last time which is probably months later and this was this past Saturday 2/1. I placed an order online. When I drove up the drive thru to provide my name to pick up, a man told me to "hold on" just like that nothing else. 5 mins go past I am still sitting there waiting, and said Hello, and he said "wait" (this is with a rude attitude too) 5 mins of waiting again, and there are 4 cars waiting behind me developing. I just got upset and said look I just need to give you my info so I can pick my order up. He got my info and I pulled up, hands me my order, and I asked did he have a problem and he started off saying this to me and I am a woman!
Bro, you was all being rude to me. Wait a minute!!! I am the customer and you are an employee at Popeyes. I deserve respect and good customer service. I asked for his manager and he said she wasn't there to check at 5pm?????????? What the??? Not only that when I drove off and realize one of my chicken sandwiches was missing had to drive back to go get it.
I am not happy with the service here. Same location, rude employees. Doesn't matter if you are busy there, stressed or not man you have to learn to give the best service possible and learn to work under pressure even while it's busy!!!! If you don't like it your job then find something else.
As a woman I should not be referred as a "Bro" I should of been referred as a ma'am at least. Shoo, we are not related lol. No home training. I am not going to lie if this was on a different side of DFW I would of got wayyyyy better...
Read moreI just want to say that I won't ever visit this location again. The manager on duty in Little Elm, Tx on 06/26/2018 was so brazen, brash and cold. My daughter specifically wanted your food so we drove from our home in Crossroads, Tx to your location because the one that just opened around the corner from us, ran out of chicken. So when we got to the Little Elm location, at 9:50 pm, we were not greeted At All! The manager on duty not only gave me an ugly look, but ignored me when i walked up to the counter to try to place my daughter's order. There were several people who had been waiting for orders. They all stated the manager was rude. I had to say "excuse me" 3 TIMES before she finally acknowledged me and stated they are closed so I can't order...mind you it was 9:50, the doors were still open, people were waiting for their food and the ! I have never been treated with so much disrespect and felt less than a human being by her, the manager's treatment !! My husband then tried to talk with her and she ignored him also. He then said " excuse me " and she told him she's not taking our order and proceeded to walk to the kitchen area, shut down the machines, walk past us and then walked to the back. If this is the type of management that you hire, you may lose your customer base! Especially if there is no good customer service or friendliness. I have been in customer service for about 20 yrs. I was appalled at the behavior of your management and the unprofessionalism that was displayed! The customers were shocked at what they saw and shook their heads! Needless to say, we never got serviced and my daughter left still hungry and very disappointed. Who would deny a child food?? Especially if you are still open! Read moreThe manager Sally is not a manager she needs additional training and a demotion till she can prove her self. I waited about 4 mins at the drive thru intercom and nobody spoke on it to take my order so i drove to window and through the window I see 3 employees one being the manager with head phones however not one took my order they could see me how at the window and still nobody opened the window to take my order. However all this took place and another car came to the intercom at drive thru. When then finally opened the window to take my order I placed my order and asked for the HQ#. At this time then the manager can to window so again I placed my order I needed 2 large mash potatoes with gravy. She went to put it in the register she then opened the window and asked me spicy or mild I looked at her and said 2 large mash potatoes with gravy. When she handed the order I ask for a number she came across like she did not understand stand me. I say this cause i am of the Latin descent if she can not speak and u understand enough English then she should not be in a managment roll. I finally got want I ordered and the vehicle thst was at the intercom guess what they left. What type of business are you doing here. I wonder how much business is lost for the unprofessional employee that do not take pride in themselves.
