First time to eat here and likely last as well. There are just too many good spots in the area to accept an average experience. Restaurant decor is standard, no frills. Employee Terence was not rude nor overly friendly. He just seemed to be there - more interested in his phone than making a little effort in having customers feel valued. Customer had the Garlic Noodles ($17.50) with Shaken Beef (+$4.50 add-on) and a can of Dr Pepper ($2). I had the Oodles of Noodles ($16.50). We split a Popcorn Chicken Bites ($7.50) for appetizer. Food was slightly above average but nothing special. All-in with tip for lunch was $63. Chipotle, Panda Express, Cava and others would’ve been a better bang for the buck.

Excited for a Vietnamese restaurant in Little Elm. The menu are very simple with basic choices for Pho. My wife tried rare beef noodle, $14.99 while I ordered Shaken Beef noodle, which is $16.99 and because I wanted beef, they added $3.99, which I found very weird. The noodles and broth to us were very tasty while the noodles in the Shaken beef was just blank and portion was small. I tried their Vietnamese coffee and it was worse than other places, no taste of coffee or condense milk but more like burned beans. Total was $50 for 2 entrees and a coffee. I found it little pricy for the portion served.

I always come here for garlic noodles and sub the salad for a side of rice. The lady at the front wouldn’t do it and also didn’t offer the price on the menu. The paper menu and the online menu both have same pricing. I had a $2 up charge and she said new prices. Wouldn’t you update your pricing for customers?? Make sure you’re getting charged the right amount. The lady was so careless about anything when asking if she could at least offer the menu pricing.

The Frisco/Little Elm area is lacking Vietnamese cuisine so when we saw this spot on the map, we were eager to try because the pho restaurants we’ve been to in the area have been vastly disappointing.

We’ve been to this spot twice now and did not experience any waits, probably mostly due to the time we arrived. There’s a kiosk to order from if ordering to-go which is quite convenient.

They had a variety of options for pho and a select few other dishes as well which is great. I like having options. Their naming for their dishes were quite clever so props to the owner for that. Pricing for the food is reasonable given the current market right now.

My wife kept it simple and went with the Just Pho You which is just ribeye slices in hot beef broth. I opted for the Bo Ne since there aren’t many Vietnamese restaurants that serve that here. Both were fantastic choices. The pho broth was actually seasoned well and very aromatic. Upon first sip, we knew we had found our new spot for pho. The Bo Ne was also good. They give quite a bit of extras in veggies. This typically isn’t included in Bo Ne so that was a welcome addition. The steak and sauce were well seasoned. It is hard to get Bo Ne wrong after all.

Finally, the sugar cane drink was good. The second time we had it wasn’t as good and was lacking something. However, it is nice to know this place offers sugar cane drink as it is quite popular overseas.

Our experience here was great and we will definitely be...

I was craving some pho for dinner and have ordered here before but never been to the place until now. Cute little set up! It’s small but cozy. Food overall was pretty good! We ordered the iRoll (egg rolls), Pho the luv of God (pho with rare steak and meatballs), oodles of noodles(vermicelli with pork and egg rolls), and Vietnamese coffee. We like that everything was made fresh and hot but for the purpose of the pho, I’ll give my honest opinion. The coffee was really good! Egg rolls came out hot and fresh, overall good but it was still kind of floury on the inside. The vermicelli noodles were cooked to perfection, fresh and not stiff or cold, if you know what I mean, and the combination of flavors and seasoning was good. The pho broth did not taste authentic, it was still good but, there was too much msg which made it taste salty. I hope this helps for all the pho lovers. Service was limited but still good, They were quick and efficient. Don’t just take my word for it. Everyone’s taste buds are different, I say still give this place a go! Until then,...

Absolutely blown away by Alley Noodle Bar! Tuan has created a true gem right here in Frisco/Little Elm. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with warmth and hospitality that sets the stage for an incredible dining experience. The flavors here are authentic, bold, and crafted to perfection—each dish tells a story of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist. The pho is hands down the best I’ve had, with rich, savory broth that’s simmered to perfection and packed with depth. The banh mi sandwiches are fresh and filled with high-quality ingredients that make every bite unforgettable. Their spring rolls are crisp, light, and the perfect starter to an exceptional meal.

Tuan’s passion for food shines through in every dish, and you can taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. If you’re in Frisco or Little Elm, this is THE place for Vietnamese food. Alley Noodle Bar is a must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors and top-tier food!...
