According to my recently turned 6 year old … “THIS IS THE BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY I EVER HAD!” Cristina and her daughter knocked it out of the park for our Rapunzel themed birthday this past weekend ! First of all, the studio is huge and was able to comfortably fit all of our guests and all of the parents ! Secondly, the painting of Rapunzel that Christina came up with was a HUGE HIT! All I had to do was tell her briefly what we were thinking of and she ran with it all the way to a masterpiece ! It was age appropriate, bright, and perfect in every way ! (Her whole studio is filled with incredible artwork!) Cristina is also extremely easy to work with. She was accommodating in every way possible, quick to respond to questions and made the whole experience enjoyable for all the parents and children with her step by step painting instructions! Also, for a birthday party, the amount of time she provided was unmatched! As well as the canvas size! It was exactly what my 6 year old wanted for her party and every guest left with their own painting and a huge smile on their face!! While I was not able to attend. I did not like the over text service that I received. I booked that class because it had popped up closer to me somehow and I was like yea I would like to do this and it’s going to happen soon so let me book it. Within 2 minutes or less of booking I said hmm let me look at the actual address because I’m not the most familiar with the area . After realizing it was too far away i immediately texted to see if since I had just (like literally just) booked the session I could receive a refund . I would have understood if whoever I spoke to had just said no refund (because that is the policy, I just wanted to know if because of my situation any changes could be possible- I booked for two individuals btw) however whoever I contacted decided to ask me where I live after I was explaining my issue then randomly decided it takes me 30 minutes to get there which it does not. I had such a great experience at Artwork! The atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and the instructions were easy to follow, making it enjoyable for everyone, no matter their skill level. Cristina was especially wonderful, she was so kind and welcoming! She even went out of her way to give my husband a free painting for his birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
