My recent experience at McDonald's was nothing short of a culinary disaster. I placed a seemingly simple order of 40 McNuggets and 2 Big Macs, expecting a quick and satisfying meal. However, what I received was a far cry from the golden arches' promise of fast food perfection. The first red flag was the wait time. Despite placing my order through the drive-thru, I found myself idling for an excruciating 20 minutes. When my order finally arrived, the initial disappointment was palpable. The once crispy McNuggets were now a soggy, lukewarm mess. The batter, which should have been golden brown and crunchy, was instead a flaccid, greasy shell. The chicken within was dry and flavorless, a stark contrast to the juicy nuggets I had come to expect. The Big Macs fared no better. The once iconic burgers were now a sloppy, haphazard mess. The sesame seed buns were stale and crumbly, the beef patties were overcooked and dry, and the special sauce was scant and lacking in flavor. The lettuce and pickles were wilted, adding to the overall unpleasantness of the experience. To compound the issue, the fries, which are typically a highlight at McDonald's, were limp and undercooked. They lacked the satisfying crunch and golden hue that I associate with a good order of fries. The only saving grace of this meal was the Coca-Cola, which was thankfully cold and refreshing. However, this small victory was overshadowed by the overall disappointment of the food. The poor quality of the food was compounded by the lackluster service. The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, and there was no attempt to rectify the situation or offer any form of apology. This experience has left me questioning the quality control standards at McDonald's. How can a company with such a strong brand reputation allow such subpar food to be served to its customers? This incident has severely tarnished my perception of the fast-food chain, and I am hesitant to return in the future. I urge McDonald's to take immediate action to address these quality control issues. Customers deserve to receive food that meets their expectations, regardless of the size of the order. By investing in better training for staff, improving food preparation techniques, and implementing stricter quality control measures, McDonald's can regain the trust of its customers and deliver the high-quality food experience that it...
Read moreYou would think that after all these years and all this technology that the most important thing would be getting your order right....Not to mention that 4 breakfast sandwiches cost me a total of $29..But what i have found is that not only did we tear down our old McDonald's to build a new McDonald's with 2 druve thrus and a fancy computer system....all to just get my order wrong again...not sure how you can screw up something so simple but the fact that I ordered 2 hash browns and 2 egg mcmuffins and 2 sausage, egg amd cheese biscuits....I was so excited to finally have a McDonald's breakfast after not having one for over 5 years that when I got home amd opened up my bag to find 2 egg mcmuffins and a bagel egg and cheese with no hash browns... Not let me tell that they weren't busy at all....inwas the only person in the drive thru...Iam starting to think about taking my kid our of the little falls school.system due to the fact that the people that are working at McDonald's can not get a basic order right....Its not McDonald's fault...it obviously bad parenting and excessive drug use sue to the fact that little falls school system.does not implement dare and the fact that their is a smoke shop across the parking lot that sells all the drug utensils for the workers at McDonald's that they can't seem to get a basic breakfast order right....Iam absolutely worried about where these young people will be in 20 years...due to the fact that My breakfast was screwed up....I highly doubt anynof the workers will ever be brain surgeons...cause they will forget to remember what an...

Ordered my food got my order all wrong ordered a large fry, for my husband, got a medium, ordered a quarter pounder no bun, no cheese, no catsup, no onion and then gave me a quarter pounder with all of that on it.
Manager stood slightly out of view, but enough so i could see her torso sticking out, talking to the person in the window as she kept her back to me. No greeting and saying "thank you for coming to McDonald's", no smile, no communication. Its a maximum 90 seconds to get your food we waited 10 minuets with a rude treatment. I would never say this is a good place to eat. Also the manager in charge female dark hair tried to engage in an argument with me when i asked for the store number. That is not how you should respond... it should be a smile, ask if you can help with the issue, and if not write the number down and give it to the customer. Don't tell them its on the reciept and when the customer says its not tell them they are wrong. BBBzzzzz,.. wrong move ,.... So thanks for making me go hungry for 2 more hours I can't eat buns I can't eat onions I can't eat Catsup I can't eat that cheese
