Munchy's — Restaurant in Little Falls

Very inconsistent place. Love patronizing the Totowa, Little falls, Woodland park mom and pops, but this place will give you two good sandwiches for every bad 5. Restaurant depots lowest quality chicken cutlet, always over cooked. Chicken cheese steak depends the cook, cheesesteak is the safest bet but sometimes a miss. Late doordash orders, always late and mixed up on added or lacking toppings no matter what you order. If I’m the owner I’d order better grade. Better cooks for half the shifts. And I wouldn’t get comfortable. Cause they definitely lose a customer in me. Unless I’m literally starving to death.

Edit: owner disregarded the 20 other complaints in my review and blamed door dash. Doordash doesn’t cook the food, mess up the toppings, or buys cheap meat, they just deliver. I’ll wait an hour if a sandwich is good. More power to you for being around that long I suggest you send a cook or two home because your sandwiches are either amazing or absolutely awful. Terrible service. I ordered a philly cheese steak that arrived ice cold. I called in and they said they would bring my a fresh sandwich and offered to throw in extra items which I declined (it's been a long day, I just wanted a hot sandwich). Needless to say, an hour and ten minutes pass by and they didn't fulfill their promise. I live 5 minutes away and I order from there often. Very disappointed; guess I'll find another local establishment to support.

I'd like to update my review... Today, the delivery driver rudely asked me to change review. He even gave back the tip that's AUTOMATICALLY generated by GrubHub. He stated the tip was insufficient and if I tipped two more dollars, my food would arrive in a more timely fashion. I kindly explained this one star rating and asked if he thought I acted inappropriately or judged too harshly. He AGREED with me and left. Is this really how you operate?! Shaking down for tips?! As others have said, we had driven by this place countless times and decided that we would finally go here. Well today was the day that we finally stopped in. If you haven't seen the building, it stands out from almost all the other buildings in the area which is nice.

I ordered the Texas cheeseburger and found it to be cooked just right. It was nice and juicy had a lot of flavor to it, and the barbecue sauce was actually tasty. Many places just have plain barbecue sauce with no flavor, but this barbecue sauce actually tasted very good! I also found the size of both the burger 🍔 and the Enchilada Combo to be on the large size. For what you pay for the burgers nowadays this was a great deal. Service here is a little laid-back 💃but in a relaxed kind of way. Because of the employees friendly personality I can see myself eating here regularly. There are not a lot of spaces to sit in here but they did but fill up while we were there at around 4:00pm.
