Dunkin' — Restaurant in Little Ferry

I wish I took some photos but I didn’t think nothing it. I want people to be aware that place is not very clean and I would be very careful of buying drinks there maybe even food I wouldn’t go to this one in Little ferry. There’s another one on another side of Little ferry. It’s a lot more cleaner and the people they are very nice as well.I was reading of some people’s reviews on here saying how the people were nasty but to me, they weren’t nasty they actually pretty polite, but it does take a very long time to get something that you want. They were all scrambling all over the place trying to get everyone’s orders it seems like they need more staff in that place, they seem very overwhelmed specially, with that drive-through When I went. it’s very, not so clean if you Look at the machine walking in at the cash register if you look around they’re not quite clean And I took some napkins out of the napkin holder if you look at it has some brown spots on it like someone spilled their coffee or drink on it and they didn’t get a chance to clean it if you do go, this place be very careful. I really don’t recommend it. Yes, the people are nice, but I don’t think it’s worth going to. It’s not worth getting sick. Somebody needs to call the health department To check out that place and making sure that they’re really keeping that place clean till then I probably will not be coming back here no offense to the workers I feel bad for them. During my visit, I encountered two staff members of Asian descent—one older gentleman not wearing glasses and a younger one. Unfortunately, my experience with them was extremely unpleasant. They were incredibly rude, mishandled my order, and refused to correct their mistake or issue a refund. Instead, they threatened to call the police, which was both unprofessional and distressing.

Furthermore, after this incident, I reviewed the feedback on Google Maps and found numerous comments mentioning similar experiences with these same employees. Many other customers have noted that these staff members use their native language to insult and speak inappropriately about the patrons.

This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Dunkin' Donuts brand. I urge the company to take immediate action to address these serious concerns and ensure that no other customer has to endure such treatment.

I was searching for a late-night study spot and stumbled upon this Dunkin'. However, I was disappointed to discover that although it claims to be open 24/7, it only applies to its drive-thru service. Due to this limitation, I cannot rate it higher. It would be fantastic to have more 24/7 late-night spots like they do in NYC. Nevertheless, apart from this aspect, it's not a bad spot at all. The staff is friendly, the drive-thru service is efficient, and the parking lot is well-maintained, making it a decent place overall.
