Launch Family Entertainment — Local services in Little Ferry

I recently visited Launch Family Entertainment center in Little Ferry, NJ, and my daughters 6 and 3 had an amazing time! The place was clean, well-organized, and full of energy. There were many different activities to choose from — trampolines, dodgeball, a ninja course, Stunt jump, basketball dunk zones, and even an arcade area. The place was perfect entertainment spot for my daughters. They have bowling and laser tag options available as well for older kids and adults.

The staff at Launch Trampoline Park in Little Ferry were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everyone had a blast while staying safe. I also had the chance to meet the owner of this location, and he was extremely polite and accommodating. It was clear he genuinely cared about making every guest feel welcome and valued.

Even as the park got busy, the team did a great job managing the crowd, keeping everything organized without it ever feeling overwhelming. We ordered pizza and a few appetizers during our visit — and I have to say, the food quality was beyond my expectation. The pizza was made fresh (no frozen shortcuts like you sometimes find at other trampoline parks), and everything we tried was delicious.

Came here for the very first time for a friend's birthday party this weekend. Place: It's huge newly opened the equipment is clean and new it's not pack on 2pm on the weekend, I'am impressed how much kids activities inside, they have trampolines, ninja course, bowling lane VR's and arcade section, truly perfect for birthday spot, bathroom is also clean and organized. Staff: I noticed that it's more customer service in front and less staff watching or guiding children on the area. Party Personnel: I personally disappointed on the party staff person, I always throw party for my own child and I never encountered a party host like this, I noticed that the parent of the celebrants is doing most of the service inside the party room from cleaning out table to cutting the cake even the drinks for the kids is not serve the party host left after giving pizza for the kids, it's un organized, even when the mascot came and go for like 5 minutes the party host is the reason why I give 3 star for this place and will hesitate to book my kids party this summer, I will not recommend this place for kids party but we will back...

100/10; 5 stars does NOTHING , for our Birthday Experience. Ryan , Adrian , and Kangaroo Joe did not miss . Ryan, booked my daughter’s party , showcasing his multi tasking skills, customer service , professionalism , and patience. Ryan, assured me that he would be assigning one of the best party host , and did . Adrian , hands down blew us away with his performance. Adrian went over and beyond from the time I walked in till the time I walked out . Adrian was hands on all around, assisting with decorations and greeting guests. Adrian , went over and beyond ensuring we transitioned from activities with ease. The pizza was hot and fresh. Adrian served all guest pizza and drinks . As we finished eating, Adrian, Ryan , and Kangaroo Joe arrived to help in singing “Happy Birthday “, and posing for pictures. Adrian, provided over the top service, food was good , staff was friendly and stationed throughout activities to ensure safety for all .
