101 Chicken - Ridgefield Park (101 치킨) — Restaurant in Ridgefield Park

Owner is critically nice. I had to wait for more minutes due to delay and he said please be seated in the car and they will bring it to me It was raining so I felt bad. Unlike my expectation , it was the owner walked out without umbrella , not delegating that work to his hispanic workers. 👏 great mindset and work ethics. Respect. And he apologized a lot for delay I said fine it's fine 🙂 he gave me more freebies (서비스) without me even asking nor complaining.

Now chapter 2. Food. It beats bbq or other k chicken franchise. I swear I'm not affiliated with the owner or anyone. Chicken was juicy and size is bigger than others and used best ingredients i felt like I ordered 푸라닥 or some high end authentic chicken places straight from seoul. They are using robotic arms for frying chickens . It seems that with that saved expenses, I wonder if they invest more on the ingredient side.

Chicken quality is like nyc ktown BBQ chicken , new recipes with secret sauces, I liked the garlic crumble chicken (its like that garlic bread sold on Davant) and also yangnyeom chicken with some white sauce.

Great korean fried chicken with a couple unique and tasty options. I think the coating is a little too thick, maybe because of the extra potato crunch. They have pretty good dipping sauces as well but you have to pay - we like the kbbq and their 101 sauce. Ddukbokki has fish cake and some chewy glass noodle. I think the rice cake is a bit overcooked and the 101 one would probably be better than rose cuz it is more on the sweet and fatty side. It is pretty spicy for me. At this location, there are only 2 outdoor tables...

Great food, I got the Garlic Crumble, the Hot and Spicy, and the Supreme. The smell was really good, it had great taste. The chicken was fresh, my mouth is watering just thinking about 101 chicken. Really nice service, I will say. They even have a small window to see how they cook. They even have machines. They give free samples sometimes, and they gave me a cheese ball.
