Arby's — Restaurant in Little Rock

My issue is not with the food. My issue is the customer service. There was a young lady by the name Aleecia that took my order when I asked for an Arnold Palmer. I asked her does she have that she stated no, but I guess I have to make it. I proceeded to ask the young lady what does that mean she sighed and then said continue with your order so I did I get to the window and I asked her does that mean you don’t have any sweet tea? She said yes, but I had to make the Arnold Palmer. I explained to the young lady that’s at every restaurant you have to mix, sweet tea and lemonade together she rolled her eyes and shut the window and proceeded to talk with her coworkers in the back like I was in the wrong so when she came back to the window I asked her are you OK? She rolled her eyes again and said have a nice day I said, are you sure you’re OK she said ma’am have a nice day and shut the window , very unprofessional if your crew member is nescient about certain things there is no need to be...

I gave it 3 stars since I have to rate more than the food. The food here is always amazing, I'll give credit where it's due. If you want condiments, go somewhere else. When you order food for 3 people once to twice a week, 2 Arby's sauce packets are not enough. If you ask for extra, they tend to act very put out and I have actually had the window slammed in my face by the manager on duty (blonde hair, usually around at lunch). I have seen this same manager rude to a customer once in the store. I have also seen employees rude to customers inside the store. I have asked for more condiments and been given extra of things I did NOT ask for including horsey sauce (which I cannot eat). I really hope someone of importance sees this and does something. I have gone to the Bryant and Chenal locations within the past week and the experience at those locations was amazing from start to finish. Night and day...

Arby's is horrible! I paid $35 for a bag of trash! I waited way to long first. The sodas did not have carbonation. I ask for tea and lemonade instead. I guess the cashier was upset because she had to remake the drinks so either she didn't put any ice in the cups or she put so little that it melted when the beverage was poured. The tenders and tge chicken sandwich were extremely overcooked. Thereby, making them to done to eat. I ask for Arby sauceand horseradish from a guy that came to the window.
