Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Little Rock

I just would not bother walking in. Certainly not if you plan on using a coupon or reward. I went here today to get a reward one. The staff didn't seem to realize one of them needed to interact with us to take an order. Once they did I made it clear that we were using a reward. The staff member said a price then walked away. I scanned my card. Then I asked about the price. The other worked yelled from the back"Oh God she lost it" then came up and yelled about me losing the coupon. I said it was fine and started to leave, a pretzel is not worth the work. Then they had me scan again like they were being helpful. However the lecture stated again. I again said it was fine and left as someone else was coming in. Suddenly there was "just a free button" that could have been pressed...

Horrible, Management needs to be fired. Store was a mess. Cups on the floor. Making small quantities instead of mass even though there was a line out the door. Ordered a 15pk mini cinnabons. Told it would be 30 minutes. Came back in 40 minutes to be told it will take another 45 to 50 minutes due to the fact they have to Proof the dough then put it in the oven. I was not going to sit there another hour on them. She offered me 4 cinnabons that was broken in pieces. I refused and asked them to put my money back on my card. The store in Kansas City is way better than the little rock location. They know how to keep the store fully stocked so it wouldn't be any issues. I will never another dime or my time at the...

I came to this location with little hope. When I went to Park Plaza, the location there told me this store was the worst one out of all the ones around. Told me to be clear of McCain mall too, and only come to them. However, I went there today while shopping at the outlet and was greeted very friendly And immediately was attended to. The manager made sure I bought fresh food and even let me customize my order mixing flavors in the lemonade. I’m not going to lie, the pretzels look better at this location than Park Plaza. And man that cinnamon smell is to die for. Five star all the way around. Shame on the park plaza location for talking down on such good people. Won’t be going there...
