This is our first and LAST time to come here! I should've read the reviews before we decided to try this restaurant out! My boyfriend and I got seated as soon as we walked in the door. Our waitress was very nice and informative about the menu. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Once the waitress brought our drinks to the table we both ordered entrees and two Dr. Peppers. 10 mins later the waitress brought little plates out for the appetizer and said that it should be out in just a minute and that she just got seated a big party in the back and that two other servers would check on us. This is where our great experience turned awful! No one came to check on us. 15 minutes after the waitress had brought us the small plates for the appetizer someone brought out our entrees and we informed him that we hadn't even received our appetizer or the Dr. Peppers. He quickly brought it out the appetizer only. As soon as he sat the food on the table a manager walked by to ask how we were doing. Of course we are not the type of people to complain and we hadn't even had a chance to touch our food yet so we said that we were fine. 10 minutes later our original waitress came by and we told her that the entrees came out before our appetizer and it was cold and we were still waiting on the other drinks. I order the sirloin steak medium and it was basically cooked well done. She told us that she had asked someone to bring out our appetizer 10 minutes ago and asked if we wanted to speak to the manager and we said yes. We waited at least 20 minutes for him to come to our table and he never did. The waitress came back and asked if the manager had been by. When told her no and she said that she had told 2 managers that we wanted to speak to one of them so she went to go get one of them again. Another 10 minutes later the manager who had came by as soon as we got our food was the one to come to our table. When he walked up he said "did y'all have a question about the food?" We said no we didn't have a question and explained everything to him about receiving our appetizer after the entrees, that our appetizer was cold and that we never received our Dr. Peppers. He popped an attitude and said "didn't I already come by your table and ask if everything was okay?" We told him that we hadn't even had a chance to try our food yet and we had been waiting 20 minutes to speak to him. He said well I can comp y'all a dessert and give you a discount. We told him what dessert we wanted and it took 20 minutes to come out and the manager didn't even bring it out he sent someone else to run it out. When we finally received our check there was no discount beside the dessert that he took off. We weren't going to complain about it but our waitress decided to say something for us because she could tell that we were very unhappy with our experience. The manager took 50% off just the appetizer. The manager's name is Peter Scott Harris. His attitude is horrible and should not be working in customer service!!! I gave this restaurant 2 stars because we did like our waitress. If it was not for her then I would've selected 0 stars if it...

This is going to be long because it was undoubtedly the worst service I have ever experienced to date. I have worked in the service industry for several years, and while I always empathize with service industry workers, there were so many unacceptable things that happened we chose to not even complain to management because it was glaringly clear every single person in that building was totally checked out. First, we ordered an appetizer. After getting our drinks, we waited for the appetizer. And waited. And waited. At this point we considered just cancelling our order and going next door. Not only did our entrees get brought to our table by someone who was not our server, our server never even came back once our food was delivered to check that it tasted okay or ask if we needed anything. So we sat there and ate our food (which wasn't the best but was ultimately the best part of this experience) and waited for our server to come back. She never did. By the time I had eaten over half my meal, I decided to walk over to the bar and cancel my drink (and ask for a straw because our server didn't give us one and never came back). Shortly after, the server comes out of the kitchen to tell me they were out of Prosecco, and that's why I never received it. I am okay with items being out of stock, in fact, the first meal I chose was unavailable and I chose another with no issue. But it was quite upsetting to be waiting SO long expecting the item to come and it never does. We also still had not received our appetizer at this point, so we finish our food and decide to not bother with dessert (I love pizookies and planned on ordering one) because we wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Our server did not even realize we never got our appetizer until we gave her the card to pay and told her, and she didn't even let my partner finish his sentence before running back to the kitchen to fix the check. She only half heartedly apologized upon return with the corrected check. She gives us the pen to sign, and there is an earphone pod stuck to the pen, which had obviously been in our server's ear that we then had to touch to remove it from the pen. This was completely disgusting. In the hour and a half we spent here, we only spoke with our server 3 times, never got two items we ordered, decided against spending more money on dessert, and had to touch someone's crusty earphone. I will seriously NEVER go back. The place was practically empty and yet our server couldn't find the time to do basic check ins with her tables. Incredibly disappointed and grossed out. DO...

Seriously if I could rate this place a zero after tonight I would. First off my daughter's food came out wrong, fries instead of a salad but not a big deal, but after specifically telling the waitress no cheese on her burger, just meat and a bun, it had cheese on it. My boyfriend ordered the fish and chips which was soaked in oil, not to mention they didn't bring ketchup for the fries. Typically I can overlook something like the no ketchup and just ask for it, as we did. Can we get ketchup and some extra tartar sauce as they were returning my daughter's incorrect meal back to the kitchen. About 20 minutes goes by and no ketchup, tartar sauce or my daughter's order. I asked the waitress about the ketchup etc...and she says I'll get them and bring her burger right out. I see her over the next 5-7 minutes serving drinks etc to other tables and we still do not have ketchup, tartar sauce or my child's meal. I go to the hostess station and ask to speak with a manager, Steven is his name. When I explained to him the situation, instead of being apologetic for the poor experience, he lists out several excuses, the kitchen is busy, your server is busy, blah blah blah...it was clear he didn't care at all so I walked away. Not 2 minutes after returning to my table we had ketchup and tartar sauce but no meal for my child after waiting over 30 minutes since it was delivered incorrectly. I asked the waitress for a drink refill, to cancel my daughter's order and our check as she was dropping off the ketchup for my boyfriend to eat 30 minute old fries that were cold, along with cold fish for the tartar sauce. Its still took her nearly 15 minutes to bring those. I will never eat at another BJs as long as I live. I wasn't expecting any sort of discount, simply for management to know that he had customers having a poor experience due to a waitress that clearly could not handle as many tables as she had. Instead I was given excuses (I could see it was busy, I didn't need the manager to tell me how busy they were, a good manager stops seating customers to allow their waitstaff and kitchen catch up) and not even an I'm sorry for the wait. I used to manage a restaurant, it is rare that I have ever not left a tip, but tonight I did not...

I swung by here for lunch today to try their pizza. I intended on getting a medium pie but they were out of them so I had a mini with a salad. The salad was just your basic side salad. The pizza, which was deep dish, had a rich, buttery crust. I had the combo pie so there were enough toppings on it to have a good taste test. Overall the flavor was just ok though. It was also somewhat sloppily put together. I think I may try them again and get the medium pie to see if it's better. The service was just ok too. The server took my food and drink order together. She brought the drink and then the salad (after a bit of a wait I might add). Someone else brought the pizza out. The server asked once if everything was ok but by that time I was already finished with the meal. She brought the check, said have a good day, and that was it. Perhaps she's new and needs more practice. Not rude or anything just somewhat limited. On a positive note she did give me the lunch special price which is normally on weekdays only.

Absolutely horrible food tonight. We placed a delivery order, and the door dash stated a lady named Hope would deliver it, well when my son opened the door, it was a man. Besides the fact of it taking an hour, our food was cold. My husband ordered the soup and salad. Didn't receive his tortilla strips for his chicken TORTILLA soup, AND didn't get his caesar dressing. My daughter didn't receive her garlic knots that was supposed to come with her kids meal. I ordered the salmon bowl, and it was super freaking dry, and yall asked to give me white rice bc yall were out of brown. Overall, it was not worth the extra $22 for delivery, and tip. Super disappointed. It definitely solidifies why I shouldn't have ordered from here tonight. Glad I will know better for next time.

This isn't a bad spot for lunch or dinner. I would call it an upscale Chili's and I don't mean any offense by that claim. The setting is nicer, the wait staff is dressed more nicely, and the food and drink options seem to be more premium. I started off with a beer flight and enjoyed the porter the best. I had the prime rib and that came with a salad 2 sides (I got asparagus and a baked potato) and the traditional sauces that come with prime rib. It was very good and cooked just right. My wife got the fettuccine chicken alfredo and her and my son loved it. My son got the broiled shrimp from the kids menu and he ate all of it. The kids menu is decently priced to at $6.50 per plate. Overall not a bad place and would visit again.
