Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Little Rock

First off, you have a lot of bad reviews. That should definitely say something about your location. Staff is horrible and rude. Slow service. Food isn't NEAR as good as other locations. Every time I have ordered here, the chicken (you'd think you would know how to make it considering...) had a ton of fat in it, some of it you couldn't even eat. The only reason I ever DID go here was because it was close to my house. (Literally less than 10 minutes from me) NOW, I would PROUDLY take the drive to bryant to eat elsewhere. That's saying something since chick fil a WAS my favorite fast food chain.

Second, my little brother used to work here. (See where I said USED TO?) The reason he no longer wanted to was because he wasn't treated nice and they were starting to cut his hours WAY down. (WHILE THEY WERE HIRING OTHER PEOPLE). They kept telling him that they just "didn't have enough hours for him" while they were giving an unnamed kid (who also was in school) 40+ hours a WEEK. A WEEK. While my brother had to suffer for some unknown reason. (He asked multiple times and worried that he wasn't doing a good enough job and they just weren't telling him) Not only did they cut his hours to one day (or two days IF HE WAS LUCKY ENOUGH), but they lied to him. LIED to him. When he put in his notice (he found work elsewhere that would give him the hours he needed and deserved), they didn't give him two more weeks. They cut his hours completely. Normally, when you quit a job, you give your boss two weeks to find someone to replace you. (To be polite, anyways.) They didn't only not give him the decency to tell him why they were treating him this way, but they also showed no character whatsoever. Now, he's hearing (by a person who will remain anonymous) that they called this Chick-Fil-A location to see about hiring him and Chick-Fil-A talked so much crap (Illegal BTW) about my brother to this other place. Told them that "he was the worst worker, and laziest person." (While they told him and "reassured" him that they were gonna keep him because he was doing so good and he was a fast learner. Blah blah blah) For anyone who knows my brother, knows that he is one of the hardest working teenagers they have ever met. He puts his all into his work. For Chick-Fil-A to run over him, treat him like dirt, claim to be a christian company, AND illegally tell another workplace lies about an employee of theirs, shows a lot of what they are about. I will no longer give my business to you. And if you delete this rating; I have it copied into my notes; I will repost it to every single chick fil a page on facebook, yelp, google, wherever i see you come up. My husband and I went for breakfast this morning. We came into the restaurant with one other gentleman ( no other people in the restaurant at all besides the employees). We had to wait until someone came to the register to take our order but they were standing there talking amongst themselves when we walked in. We both ordered #7 Multigrain chicken, egg and cheese bagel combo. We waited approximately 4-5 minutes (my husband ordered fries). The bagel was toasted so hard that it scraped our gums when we bit into it. His fries WERE NOT hot and the lemonade was watered down.

The reason for this review, is because this seems to the the norm. I have visited this location approximately 7 times and I am done for a while. I was excited because this one is so close to our home, however, the drive to the Markham location NEVER disappoints and the few times things have not been right they have gone out the way to correct it. Placed an order via the drive thru tonight. My food was cold and my order was not correct. To make things worse I was given extra cold fries. I went in to get fresh fries. The young man at the counter took my cold fries, gave them to the cook. I watched this young kid dump my fries back in the basket and place them in the grease. Take them out and hand the same container ( which passed three folks hands ) back to the counter person to give to me. I asked are these new fresh fries Because they came back so quick. The Mexican kid who dumped the fries back in the grease yells out yes.

I was really angry, I knew he had just lied. I watched him dump those fries back in the grease. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Throw items away that come back into the restaurant to keep us all safe.

I did request a refund, I’ll never visit the Otter Creek location again. My goal is to make sure folks I know stay away from this...
