Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Little Rock

Tried ordering delivery on Saturday. Ordered at 12:17, by 12:45 we still hadn't received our order. Tried calling was put on hold over 2 minutes. Hung up and called back, took 3 times calling back for someone to answer. When they did answer they refused to talk to me then and put me back on hold. After another 2 minutes they wanted to take my order. When I said I was waiting for my delivery he said what's the name. Before i was finished giving my name, he said my driver couldn't find the address. Claims they tried calling the number and then went back to the restaurant. We were in and out of the house loading a truck to move and nobody attempted to look for the house. No missed call either. The guy was very rude. For a restaurant to be known for "freaky fast service" sure sucks at this location. Not our first encounter with slow service at this one. I...

My kids wanted to try Jimmy John's to see if it was better than Subway, so we decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, this was our first and LAST visit. KC, the manager, provided TERRIBLE customer service. When we asked for help using the Jimmy John's app, he claimed he had no idea how it worked. At first, we were the only customers, yet we experienced a LONG WAIT TIME. Once KC finished making our subs, he placed them on the counter and stacked the bags on top, leaving us to bag them ourselves. However, a lady who came in after us was served first, and KC even bagged her order. KC also left the sub in the oven for too long to the point that the sub was too hard to eat. I love Jimmy John's sandwiches! Their bread is always fresh. I'm a huge fan of Italian Night Club and Vito, and I always add pickles. So when the email came through to try the PickleWich this weekend, I jumped right on it. Unfortunately the best thing I can say is "at least I tried it". It's small and messy. It's silly. Thankfully I also ordered a Vito along with it, so I just slapped the meat from the PickleWich onto Vito & called it a supreme meat sandwich party. I also tried the pickle chips but they were wicked salty and I could only have a couple. It's like they threw dill flavoring onto their salt & vinegar chips, and then added a load of salt on top of that too. It's good to try new things, but I'll stick with my usual order moving forward & I'll remain one...
