I'm honestly very surprised by all the good reviews here, but I suppose not everyone is as picky as I am. I gave this place a try specifically because the reviews are so consistently positive, but unfortunately, this is a "heat up" restaurant. 90% of my order was precooked, heated up products from bags of things you could very easily buy at any oriental market and make yourself for MUCH cheaper. When I say bags, I literally mean bags. I don't mean "Oh, just go get the ingredients and do it yourself! It's easy!" I mean I could've gotten an entire bag of the 8 dumplings they charged me $7.50 for, for about $5. The braised pork on rice tasted ENTIRELY different from anything else too, which tells me that was likely heated up as well and was produced by some other company. I'm not trying to be a priss, and I know that technically "everything is heated up in some way at restaurants", but I was specifically looking for a place to eat where that wasn't the case as I'm sensitive to preservatives and HATE the taste of things that've been sitting in bags. At the very least, I wanted MOST of my order to have been made in-house. I'm not going to FULLY rag on this place as a waste of time or money because the service was very good and clearly a lot of people enjoy eating here, but I can say with confidence that I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBrought my wife here, and I was very disappointed. The food is like food at a Chinese buffet. Terrible. The price for the dishes they have aren't worth it. If the prices were lower maybe the food would be worth it's value. Around $5, but no, everything is twice that. The bubble teas are $4. But that wasn't the reason why this place has a one star from me. When I brought my wife in, she ordered her bubble tea, and I ordered a coffee milky tea. The lady said we don't have that. Then I asked for something else and then noticed it on the menu. It clearly read "milky coffee tea" under the list of bubble teas. So I pointed that out. The young lady sighed and started tapping really hard on the screen to change my order. Then she threw the receipt at my wife and stated to sign it. Then she walked off. Well i was already agitated about that, but then we got our bubble teas. My milky coffee tea tasted like burnt coffe beans with not sweet Taste what so ever. There also was chunks of coffe bean in the bubble tea. Very disappointed with this restaurant. Businesses aren't anything without customers. So I suggest this place work on there customer service. My visit was on...
