They charged me 9.84 for a burrito and a cheese dip. Their website said could not complete your order but the money was still removed from my account. When I arrived at the restaurant they refused to give me the order I had paid for even upon showing them where the website had subtracted the money from my account on my cards mobile app. They refused to make the food that was already paid for and refused to refund the card because the to go employee said he couldnāt find the ticket. Rather than use the 2 or 3 dollars in food costs to make the situation right the only solution he would offer is to come back in two or three days to see if the money post to his corporate ledger and itās my 6 month anniversary I had donated plasma to pay for my fiancĆ©es meal and now cannot replace it because they took the last of my money available from the 25 I got for literally sellin bodily fluids to be a patron at their location. After working in restaurants if that same manager was at one of my locations he absolutely would have been fed just on the principal that my companyās website took his money regardless. I have never been more disappointed in how a situation that was so obviously fixable without a moments confrontation, turned into a situation, where as a man with a little bit of dignity and self worth, I donāt feel I can ever go back once youāve taken food I paid you for to splurge on a special occasion for my partner and you refuse to allow her to eat it? Shameful santo coyote. Hire someone that cares about your customers please. Your current FOH manager at 3:50 on Wednesday the 24th of June does not deserve what you are paying him. āHe literally told me call Casa Mexicana next timeā If you want to be taken care of better. If I owned this franchise I would want to know my management staff was sending customers to my competitor rather than taking care of it themselves. Iām truly at a loss for words, Iāve never been treated so disrespectfully at this location. We can afford to eat out once a month and we put our best outfit on and the servers always treat us like they appreciate us coming and that our business matters. After one interaction with management I will never return to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo NOT recommend at all. Came here with a large party. Waiter was not helpful. I had to go and get my own high chair (no biggie) then he refused to bring us straws. Said they should have been in our napkins. They weren't so I asked again for 2 straws. Waiter said to have our friends give us some from their napkins. So uncomfortably we had to shuffle through everyone at the table until 2 straws could be located out of their drinks to use for our kids. Seriously.
Then he came back and asked us if we were able to order. No, we don't have a menu. He came back 2 minutes later asking us again what we were going to order. Again, I said we don't have a menu. He says they (meaning our friends at the other end ) had already ordered and we needed to ask them for a menu. It's chaotic, we are a large group of 10 people and everyone is talking and enjoying themselves. Four times he leaves and I'm thinking he is going to bring a menu for us to look at but each time he just comes back asking if we are going to order. The waiter finally says that the menu is online and to look at our phone. Unbelievably frustrating! My husband kept trying to pull up the menu online and was unsuccessful. Again the waiter comes back asking us if we were going to order. I tell him the wifi on the phone is not picking up and can we please just have a regular menu. He then says, pointing at our friends at the other end of the table again, "They managed to order. Are you going to order?" At this point i was done with the whole process. The 5 of us at our end of the table decided to leave.
its quite obvious the restaurant doesn't want our business. we will never go here again or recommend it to...

Santo Coyote isn't a bad place, but it's also not a very good place. It's all very middle of the road from the food to the service. I've so far visited twice and upon my first visit I was never left wanting for a refill or wondering where my waitress was; on the second visit however I'm glad I rationed my drink as I didn't see my waiter again till I was finished with my meal.
Cilantro is very ever present in Mexican and TexMex style cooking. If you're one of the unlucky sods like myself you can't eat the stuff. It's hidden everywhere in Santo Coyote from the beans & rice to the complimentary salsa. It's just not something easily ask to be excluded from your dining experience.
Like most Mexican/TexMex restaurants in AR they offer a reasonable selection of lunch specials at a fairly decent price especially considering the upscale area. I got the Lunch Combo "Siete" which includes a quesidilla with beans & rice; as well as a side soup or salad. In my case I chose the black bean soup. Between the standard beef or shredded chicken option I'd suggest the beef. The chicken variation is very soggy and the tortilla doesn't hold up well leading to a knife and fork experience.
I'll probably return to Santo Coyote when I'm in need of a cheap lunch in the area. But I'd not go out of my...
