Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Little Rock

I hate to say it but I eat fast food way too much! I don't get off until 8 p.m. and by then it's time to pick a place and call it one! Well, I don't think there's been one time that I said, "that was great customer service!" Because the normal response at this time of night has always been the same negative, rushed, extremely terrible customer service by employees obviously don't care about people or the establishment they work for because they are outright embarrassing that place and losing business to that location so we try some more different every night, and every single night, without fail, that is what happens! Well until tonight around 10:30 me and my girlfriend went through the Popeyes on Markham and to my surprise to be greeted by the nicest, most well-spoken, helpful, positive, knowledgeable, kind and amazing person, Ms. Christian! As soon as me and my girlfriend drove off from the speaker, we looked at each other and were in such shock of how amazing we just got treated! When every single night we get treated with disrespect, negligence, unprofessional conduct, and terrible customer service! Little did they know, tonight with our three year anniversary and because I got caught late with a client, I didn't get home until 10:00! So Popeyes was our anniversary dinner and because of their generosity, positive attitudes, and amazing customer service, it really made our night and it might sound cheesy or whatever but if you've been treated like we've been treated recently at fast food establishments you would be writing the same review that I'm writing right now! Lastly we were greeted at the window by another asset of Popeyes, Ms. Brandy! Amazing customer service, thank you both, y'all are the reason we'll be back, y'all both deserve a huge raise!! It’s ridiculous to serve someone a “sporkful” of macaroni. I haven’t seen anything that has ever made me think of the word “morsel” until I purchased a regular macaroni from this location. I really felt like a Gerber Graduate cuz ain’t no way. I made my nephew take a photo & if you look at the bowl you will see it’s all white and no cheese residue was there and that’s the actual amount of macaroni that was served. If they are running short on food then you should serve what you have at the normal portion until you run out because you know the price is not changing. I just can’t get over this elf sized portion of food. This was absolutely disrespectful, cheap and deceitful.

Edit: I went back after taking care of business to get a refund or another bowl and “Shakita” the manager took care of it. She didn’t have an attitude at all even when I asked her name. The business is getting 4 stars because of her. She deserves 5 cuz some managers act like it’s THEIR food even if the business did the customer wrong.. I took one star off since I had to come back. The first guy I got my food from stood on 10 toes and looked right me in the eye as if “what you see is what you get” and I had to leave and come back to address this. I placed an order for delivery last week and when it arrived it was missing my drink. 31 minutes it took the driver once he picked up my food. This location is 3 miles away. I asked the dasher about the drink and he said there was none. The dasher turned and got back in his car. It was only then I realized the bag was covered in soda inside and out. My food, also soaked with Dp. Inedible. My guess the Dasher spilled my drink and stopped to clean out his car but didn't bother to go back to the location to get a new order. I figured Popeye's corporate would take care of it. NOPE. They offered a 10$ dollar coupon for the hassle. I spent 24$. When I noted that, they said I would need to be transferred to another department. Two days later, I get a reply offering 15$. 😂 This isn't let make a deal. I gave y'all 24$ and in return I got chicken soaked in soda. Corporations out there making RECORD profits PLUS stealing from their customers. Shameful and ridiculous.
