Taco Bell — Restaurant in Little Rock

I hate leaving negative reviews. I love to celebrate great service and great food, even if it is fast food. Sadly, that isn't this review.

I used the app and it says the order was ready at 8:29. I arrived and was finally waited on (nobody in line) at 8:35. I was told that I hadn't paid for the food. So I showed them the receipt. The host wandered around in the kitchen area before coming up again and saying that I hadn't paid. I showed her both the receipt and the debit in my bank account for the charge. She took my phone and went to show it to another person who said, yes, I had paid. At 8:45, they still hadn't even started on the order, but they could stand around and chat. One of them pointed at me and said, "oh yeah." At 8:47, the guy mopping the front came up and asked if they had taken care of me yet. He then went and asked why I hadn't been helped. (I appreciate him!)

At 8:52, I was given my order.

I understand the stress of working in fast food, but to have to be convinced that a customer has paid when he has the receipt and the order number is...

PLEASE BE AWARE... The evening staff at this place is simply a great example as to how the owner of this place wants to run it. The evening manager lady is extremely unpolite and unhelpful. The two guys working at the place could not stop laughing to take my order. They were clearly not normal but on some substance. We aren't walking into a fine and dine to expect great customer service but the bare minimum requirement of getting an order for the customer is bare minimum requirement. Not surprised they messed my order up, I went back in the line to inform the manager that neither are the two guys in a mental state to take a order let alone get it right. The mess was to the point I was talking to all three people trying to take my order all at the same time.

A ruckus of a place. I shouldn't wish but I hope this place is put to some better use. If the owner has any regard for business he needs to chnage the evening staff or put up new timing due to labor shortages.

Didn't mean to come out as rude but this has been my worst fast food...

This is far from my first bad experience here, this is just the one that finally got me to leave a review. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme extra nacho cheese, beefy quesorito, chicken quesadilla, Dr pepper, pepsi, and 2 beef quesolupas. First off my wife always orders extra nacho cheese and at this point we have never actually gotten extra cheese. We do it to humor our selves at this point. They handed me my 2 drinks and a very lite bag. I asked them if this was the full order and they said yes. So I drove off, stopped and saw half the order missing. Sat in the line again just to get it corrected and got up there and they handed them to me. Neither bag had sauce or napkins. Got home after all this hoping it was over and I could eat. The Dr Pepper was diet Dr Pepper and both cokes where flat with no carbonation. Each beef quesolupa was a cold chicken quesolupa, and the quesorito and crunch wrap had almost zero ground beef. I just didn't eat. Lost my appetite so I just threw my stuff away. We are done with this taco bell, but hey, it...
