This has got to be the worst taco bell I've ever gotten in my life. I go to this store almost daily usually during the day and have to update from 4 stars to 1 because of this. Check it out.
I pull up and ask for 2 stackers, no nacho sauce replace with creamy jalapeño sauce and 2 churros. I know from experience I gotta watch them on the sauce and the screen showed Chipotle sauce.
So I asked her to correct it. Silence. I asked if she heard me. Silence. "will that be all?" I told her she had the wrong sauce and asked if she fixed it. "will that be all" she literally just wouldn't say yes and we went through this loop 4 times until she says "yea that's why I'm asking you if that's all you want"
So i get the food and these are the skimpiest excuse for stackers I've ever seen. Like they were out of beef and refused to get more or something. So before leaving I took a bite. No sauce. Opened it up and fully unfolded it, 1 little dot of sauce was all it had. Literally just enough to not technically be lying if you said you put it on there.
So i go to the drive thru, tell them and I get "well she said she put sauce on it" so I said "yes and I have it open to show you"
Keep in mind that even though I should've demanded a remake im just asking for a side of the sauce I paid 20 cents for. She wants to argue "no that's the sauce there, you know she's only allowed to put so much, are you sure it's not enough or is it just not enough for your specific AQUIRED taste?" She had me about ready to cuss her out but all I said was "just get me the side of jalapeño sauce" and thank God she finally did.
The whole meal was trash. Food lukewarm and the churros weren't even edible because they were so tough.
The 2 employees (cook and cashier) for after midnight on the 2/25/25-2/26/25 shift should not be trusted to run the store alone. In fact if I were you I'd either send them back to days for training or just get rid of them.

Read moreI waited for 15 minutes and continued to ask if there was somebody that could check me out at the front counter. Finally, People that I was looking directly at, and we’re totally ignoring me, said use the kiosk
Then, when my order came, they handed me a cup and the ice/Drink machine wasn’t working out in the customer area so again I asked can I get some ice about 15 times And again they ignored me until a guy finally responded saying I i’m doing something I’ll get it when I’m done. I waited another few minutes and said please can I get some ice ice? It’s taking me 30 minutes and I’m the only one in the Restaurant this is ridiculous and he said I’m working and looked at me with this stupid looked like I was crazy asking for help. I will never go to this Taco Bell At 9600 RODNEY Param Road Little Rock Ar 72227 again. Everybody in the store should be fired. They are totally not selling your product or wanting to do their job. I wish I would’ve recorded it on my phone cause one I felt unsafe by the employees reaction to asking multiple times for help and two it’s unbelievable to think you can pay money to visit someone’s restaurant and be treated this way. I tried to contact corporate and was on hold for 20 minutes. Finally after wasting an hour I gave up and just posted it here.

Read moreChanging from 1 star to 4 because of a specific manager. I only wish I knew her name. She was running the morning shift today when I just went. I truly wish I could find her weekly schedule online because when she works she holds everyone to a proper standard. She may come across a little sharp but the job gets done and it gets done RIGHT when she's there. I swear when she's not I have to check every item and I've had some really stupid issues. Once watched the chef drop my quesadilla as he pulled it out of the cooker, toss it in a bag, slap ot with the spatula and didn't even try to cut it, cashier saw, laughed, shook his head then handed it to me like nothing happened. In that instance The meat was short, piled in the center so it was really a half steak half cheese quesadilla, and I went right back in.
