“Be good to each other.”
Talk about a warm and welcoming atmosphere. That quote greets you on the wall, all lit up, as you pick up your order.
I’ve gone to a lot of Starbucks around the country and the world, and I have to say, this location during morning shift - works like well oiled machine.
Ladies you did such an amazing job during a weekday morning rush. I can’t praise your manager and the team enough. How incredibly well you all did and supported each other. It’s a true testament to the quote you proudly light up, every day.
It was my first time coming here, for business and I stayed awhile, sipping on my hot Earl Grey Black Tea, in a For Here Mug. Although, there’s not a lot of great places to plug in your computer or portable devices for work, it still great location for hanging out or having meetings.
When you first walk in through main entrance, immediately to your right you will find decent size table with two chairs, next to merchandise shelf. That’s where I stayed for few hours.
To the left, you will find tables against large windows and eight chairs, including two large plush leather chairs on the corner. In the middle of the store you can sit on a large leather bench with additional five tables and six chairs.
Overall, I do recommend this location regardless if you’re from the area or visiting. You can’t beat awesome customer service and such friendly and knowledgeable baristas. Way to go ladies. So...
Read moreThere is a barista currently working at this location that is rude. I ordered a Frappuccino on last week and had a request with extra carmel and extra waffle topping. I paid extra and the barista did not provide me with the service in which I paid. I've given this location several tries and have offered nothing but an open mind for a great experience, and yet each time I was disappointed. I'm not sure of the barista's name but to me I believe that she is going through the change. I often have felt that the attitude is racially provoked, yet after reading a few other reviews, I believe it's towards people in general. As a therapist, my job is to offer services for people even on my worst days, yet some of my worst days, I indulge myself with a treat, only to be offered horrible customer service. If there is a manager that could have a talk with the one that's currently hindering satisfactory reviews for the other baristas; then maybe customers such as myself would feel more appreciated. Until then, I won't return to this location. Due to being upset from my last visit, I accidently posted for the one on Chenal..yet this is the location I'm referring to...
Read moreI just went through the drive through, before work, and I have had the worst morning.. I had been crying pretty much since I woke up. I lost my dad 2 years ago on Thanksgiving, and this time is always hard for me. And I just wanted to say how much the woman at the drive through made my day. She was so sweet, and kind. She took time out of her day to even for a split second to tell me to have a great day, and stay safe and warm. I did not get her name but she was so sweet and had the cutest pigtails, I wanted to say how much I appreciate her and how much that meant to me. You never know what someone is going through, and how much just a little sign of compassion can go. She deserves all the happiness in the world and I'm so thankful I got to interact with her today. Thank you so much. You...
