I'm not sure what happened to this location, but ever since the start of the pandemic, the customer service has declined significantly. Prior to the pandemic, there were multiple men who worked here and a young woman named Megan who knew my colleague and I by name and also knew what we'd order. The atmosphere was always pleasant, then things changed. Since the pandemic, the staff is different, and they have very nonchalant and unbecoming attitudes. The orders have been wrong several times as mentioned by other reviews, and when you inform them, they seem to have attitudes. Just a couple of weeks ago, I stopped by, ordered 3 Phillies: 2 on white and 1 on wheat. I noticed that all were rang up as on white. To prevent them from creating an order that they'd have to redo, I informed the cashier and she cavalierly stated that they didn't have wheat. Well, if you didn't have wheat, why wouldn't you say that? Why would proceed to fix my order incorrectly? Because she had an attitude and acted as if addressing the issue was bothering her, I canceled the WHOLE order. I came for food, not an attitude and I refuse to help pay someone who acts as if serving me hurts them. Going forward, I will simply patronize the Conway location or wait until I go back...
Read moreI hate to post this because I LOVE Lenny's food but this store can't seem to make food correctly as ordered online. Online ordering doesn't have all the ingredient options listed necessitating the use of the special instructions field to get banana peppers on your sandwich thus perpetuating the problem. This has happened not once but 3 times in 4 months! After the 1st incident, I made sure to ask when I picked up my order if the peppers had been added as requested. I was assured they were only to get back to work & open a sandwich missing....you guessed it! THE BANANA PEPPERS! I gave 3rd chance today & ordered online. Come to find out the owner himself made my order incorrectly for the 3rd time in a row. I asked the cashier TWICE to confirm that the special instructions had been observed to which he replied yes. I should have opened my sandwich in store but I didn't. And you guessed it...again NO banana peppers. I always call. The staff is always polite yet apologetic & offer to fix it if I'll come back in but it shouldn't be this hard to get what you ordered & paid good money for! I guess I just need to give up on this...

Driving through Little Rock, we decided to stop at a nearby hotel. Not wanting to drive any further, we walked across the street to choose between a sub shop and a sushi place. We stopped by Lenny’s Grill and Subs to check the menu before making a decision. The welcome we received from Shannon was so sweet and sincere that we knew we had to stay.
Shannon and Paula helped us with our order and celebrated that it was our first time there. We initially thought they were just being nice to us because we were super friendly, but we soon realized that they gave the same amazing welcome to the next group of customers as well! Paula even brought our to-go food out to us instead of calling our name or number from the counter. We were so impressed that we went back to the counter to add more tip because these women are truly awesome!
When we got back to our hotel and dug into our dinner, we were blown away. The subs were better than any we’ve had before. Do yourself a favor and stop by Lenny’s to see Shannon and Paula. You...
