i give 2 stars because the bartender and food is the only good thing here. however, the manager on duty, David, is questionable. two of my friends and i have already received a part of our food before two other friends had arrived. when they did the manager met them at the door and told them they are not allowed to enter. at first it seemed like a joke but he was serious and denied their service. mind you, myself and these friends have been coming here for over a year as loyal customers. we had also brought two new customers. as if the turn down of service wasn’t enough, there was then a misunderstanding about an appetizer that of course was never solved even after offering to pay for it. then manager came out to “resolve” the issue after 3 different times of me offering to pay for it and the app never being made. he said “there is no need to catch an attitude about the situation” although he was the only one to catch an attitude over PRETZEL BITES! i had also ordered a togo order after all of this to hopefully redeem himself. but from the looks of it, he hid himself in the office in the back and never apologized. resulting in loosing 3 loyal customers, 2 new and possible customers and anybody else who ask me about this place. complete disappointment. i would have let it go and came back at the turning my friends away but it seemed he was also projecting the situation on myself and my friends who had already paid. never again will be eating or drinking at this...
Read moreWe have patronized this restaurant since they opened. At first it was good quality food, a fun atmosphere, and fairly quick service.
Since then, over a year later, every time we visit the wait is 30+ minutes for what equates to what it takes to make a Subway sandwich, even with a half empty restaurant. The events they have organized (the drag show for instance) were terrible; we had a VIP table and saw maybe 5 minutes total of the show because the performers never came that direction.
Each bartender complains every time that the last bartender left them out of stock. Granted, there's tons of awesome bartenders and employees there. They're just poorly managed.
There's too many people on the line. Things are remade several times due to errors. Want something left off your sandwich? Too bad. It'll be on there anyways.
Don't go here during lunch. Or dinner. Late mid afternoon is the only time you'll get food in 45 mins or less.
We literally just tabbed out at the bar after nearly an hour and went to a different restaurant just for food.
This place used...
Read moreI’ve never seen so many employees come behind a bar and make so many drinks for what looks like their coworkers who may be off and themselves. Taking shots under the tv at the entrance of the bar in a group. People coming behind the bar to bring glasses to wash while downing the rest of their drinks and eating in a group in front of customers on the patio. A white girl with long dark hair and glasses made a drink for a Hispanic girl named Kim that was sitting on the patio drinking and next thing I see is that the Hispanic girl is working behind the sandwich station/expo. The white bartender with short Orange hair has a rude attitude and I heard her tell a friend that she’s overwhelmed. Well maybe if you weren’t drinking with your friends you would’ve noticed that your bar wasn’t set up.
Edit: Thanks for the reply and deflecting from the fact that your employees were drinking on the job. Your employees were drinking behind the bar in front of customers and the only one that said she was overwhelmed because her bar wasn’t set up was...
