Best Taco Bell I have ever been to. My wife and I always try different Taco Bells while traveling - it's one of our favorite restaurants - even had Baja blast at our wedding. We've been to a lot and several have been good... But this one is unparalleled.
The team was super friendly and very kind. Managers and staff were greeting customers and letting them know if food was behind. Their communication between each other was friendly and clear. The soda mix was great (Baja Blast Zero Sugar) and the nacho fries were absolutely on point. The burritos were rolled really well with the mods correct (I almost always have to get corrections at the Taco Bell near my home).
This "T-bizzle" (as well call it) absolutely set the bar for others to follow. If I lived in the area, I'd probably drive past every other one in the area just to eat at this one.
Other examples of where this one excelled: Most Taco Bells don't offer your drink when you order via the app - most of the time you have to hound them for it. As soon as I was inside the door someone asked if I needed help ordering or if I had placed a mobile order. When I said it was a mobile order, she immediately checked the order for a drink and asked if I had my cup yet. A staff member from the drive thru had to get tea for a drive thru customer and came out to get some at the dine in drink station. It must have been unsweet or incorrect but the way the manager corrected the staff was incredible - very gentle and patient. No one mad or upset - great example of leadership. Customer had grabbed their order and came back in and asked for a cup holder and mild sauce and the employee very gently and friendly directed them to the sauce stand while grabbing the cup holder. No one upset or short with anyone. From where I was sitting, I could see line staff laughing and smiling with each other, while cleaning. Having worked in food service, those two don't normally go hand in hand. Everyone was in a good mood and really enjoyed working with each other and for the customers.
I enjoyed so much sitting and playing Breath of the Wild while eating and am just so impressed with that experience. Experiences are made in the little things and this Taco Bell gets it.
If ya haven't had Taco Bell in a while, this is the place to get it. If you're a long time fan and know what you're looking for, this is the...
Read moreUpdate: today is September 8 and I went in after work, and the atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly and the food was SO good, it was as good as when you imagine Taco Bell in your cravings. I did go in and place my own order on the electronic kiosk so that might have something to do with my good experience. I am super happy with the improvement from my first experience. I am bumping up from three stars to four stars and they would have five if the drive-through experience was better.
Can’t get an order right on any given day. Should not be that difficult to give order over the drive through speaker. Me: 1 crunch wrap with only beef and nacho cheese Worker: A burrito? Me: No… a crunch wrap with only beef and nacho cheese Worker: hold on, and a new person comes on speaker and sounds like they understand *next day at lunch I discovered lettuce and tomato and dry beef with no nacho cheese or shredded cheese lol I scraped out the lettuce and tomatoes just so I could eat something during lunch and it’s just so dry and boring without cheese 🧀 This is the 3rd time this has happened. The first time I asked for beef chalupas and got grilled chicken burritos for goodness sakes lol Let’s get it together please!!! I need my Taco Bell fix and don’t wanna go to Maumelle to get decent food lol I’ll update my review if this gets better Update: my mom said they do better if you go into the building and put in your own order on the kiosk and I did find that to be true although there have been small mistakes twice doing it that way. Stuff like regular hard shell instead of nacho cheese hard shell. I can deal with those smaller mistakes so I guess from now on I will be going inside to place my own order.
Also, one time they told me it would be seven minutes for the beef to cook and for our trouble they gave us a big bag of free cinnamon twists,...
Read moreI wanted to share an experience, my 86-year-old dad had when he visited there last week. He had just returned from a doctors appointment and needed something to eat. He went inside for a sit down meal. He went to the cash register to order, but was told he needed to place his own order on their kiosk. Mind you, he’s 86, doesn’t hear or see very well and uses a cane. He has no experience using computers or laptops or smart phones or anything of the sort. He attempted to use the kiosk, but was having trouble placing the order and asked for help. He said one of the male employees came around and sort of showed him how to use it and then walked away. My father was still having difficulties trying to read and place the order And he said everyone was just sort of ignoring him and not paying attention so he just walked out. I myself I’m so disgusted with this. Do it yourself ordering. People working nowadays Want to work as little as possible, but Still expect to get paid. There’s no social interaction with customers. I have actually ordered on one of their kiosk before, and even I have difficulty trying to put my order in. It takes longer trying to figure things out and push the right buttons and look for what you need when it could’ve easily been done by a worker behind the counter, that knows exactly how to traverse the computer and place an order. No wonder so many people prefer to just go through the drive-through....
