This was the first time I have ever been to this place I sent my roommate to get some food and the employees and manager was so rude my roommate told the cashier that was taking her older that she wanted a chicken fajita salad so when she got back to the house there was no chicken fajita salad and they did not charge me for but that was one of the reasons I sent my roommate up there for chicken fajita salad And while she was on the phone with these people they were being rude kept swapping people back-and-forth over the phone so she had to go back up there and Burn more gas for my Chicken fajita salad and she said when she got there They were still being rude In the way I feel is if the employee cashier would have been listening to the customer order I would’ve not had made a second trip I should’ve got it for free I shouldn’t had to pay for it but I did and when I started to eat the food the food was not great it was horrible it was bad They put no sauce on anything in my roommate was looking at the receipt in the employee cashier put her order down as no sauce so she had no sauce on her chimichanga dinner my quesadilla I could of made it at home there was no seasoning on the chicken no sauce just cheese and chicken I mean I could’ve made it at home The chicken fajita salad was not that great either like I said on the fajita chicken it was bland no seasoning well for first time ever going to this place will never go back again and I will not recommend this Place to anyone I’m giving a bad review for the poor service and the poor food I would not recommend this place to anyone Supposed to be Mexican food I have never had bad Mexican food I grew up in Phoenix Arizona Mexican food restaurants Out there are true Mexican restaurants this restaurants ripping people off big time it’s not true additional I’ll never be back and I’ll Pass the word...

I am very very upset by the recent visit I had to the Markham location in Little Rock today. I frequent this place with my business and LOVE the cheese dip and salsa I always get. However, this time, I've never been treated so rudely! When I first pulled up to the speaker box, the lady told me to wait so I said "ok". I waited.... and waited... and waited... for about 20 minutes. Finally I said, "hello" a couple of times into the speaker but got no reply. After waiting a few more minutes and seeing the loooong line behind me, I decided to pull up to see if I could order at the window. A car who had obviously been waiting AT LEAST as long as I was, still hadn't gotten to pay for their order or get their food yet. First of all, I was SHOCKED that these people even had to pay after waiting for this long. Secondly, after ANOTHER 10-15 minutes of waiting behind this car, I FINALLY get to the window. Here I was greeted by Tonya (around 6:50 or so) and she asked me if I had ordered a punch. When I told her I hadn't gotten to order yet because she never would take my order through the speaker... she immediately became defensive, loud, and rude. She loudly asked "What do you mean you didn't order yet???" a couple of times as I sat there in shock. She didn't even acknowledge the ridiculously long wait I and the people behind me had been through. Instead she sighed loudly and drummed her fingers angrily before finally deciding to take my order. I was expecting an apology for the wait and at least a discount on the food, but NO, I got a reason...

My friend sent me up there to get them beef burrito taco salad and a four wedge chicken quesadilla and I'll order the chimichanga dinner well my friend forgot to tell me if they wanted chicken or steak fajita on the taco salad well I'll call them they didn't answer I hung up and I told her I said well since they're not answering the phone I said on that taco salad go ahead and make it a chicken fajita she said okay now I get home with the order my friend was going to take their dinner with them to work when we started going through everything we noticed that we were missing a salad and there was no sauce on the chimichanga meal we look at the receipt that woman put down no sauce on the chimichanga meal and she didn't even ring up the chicken salad so I'll call up there and I told her and she goes oh well I'll soon since your friend didn't answer the phone I said ma'am honestly I told you make that salad a chicken fajitas taco salad and you replied okay I said y'all seriously need to listen to your customers on what they're saying I said you replied back okay and I said second of all I didn't say no sauce on my chimichanga meal either you put that down rude disrespectful people they said oh we'll have it ready for you you can come back up here and get it so I get up there and then they turn around and charge my friend for it even though it was on their end I told them to go ahead and make it a chicken fajita they do not listen they are rude and they act like you're the problem the food was unseasoned it was like food that you can make ...
