Wendy's — Restaurant in Little Rock

Can't rate the food, gave up on trying to get order in. Here is why we were standing in front of counter not busy at all. Decide after traveling for several hours I would use restroom wash hands then order...they only have family only restrooms 2 family only. They are lockable. However the person already in the restroom had decided not to lock door behind them. So since I have used urinals since I could reach them about 60 years now. I thought maybe the other family restroom has one of those. Not sure because clearly a young person with a skirt was going in there. When back to family restroom 1, went into one of the 2 stalls. Absolutely the most disgusting restroom I have every seen toilet paper stuck to walls urine all over toilet and walls. Went and got spouse and left. No one said a word to her while she stood in front of counter. They did appear to be quite busy what they were busy doing I really couldn't say for certain..just guessing I think they were busy ignoring us. Thank goodness I don't need Wendy's to survive Needless to say this Wendy's is off the list of places to grab...

I don't typically give one star reviews but when I do... It's deserving of it.

The restaurant was filthy, you could literally see things were not wiped down. The food was not what I ordered, the drink machine was down, I was served coke instead of diet coke .. (that's dangerous because some people (like me) are diabetics). The workers were busy chit chatting and not even paying attention to the numerous customers in line.

A follow up to the place being filthy; I don't know if it's required, but I did not see employees wearing gloves, floors were extremely sticky and extremely slick. I could feel my shoes sticking to the floor. I haven't contacted the health department because I'm trying to be nice and bring these issues to light so that they can be addressed the metal table things were visibly filthy I didn't even glance at the tables... But I'm sure they would probably be equally as bad..

Long story short I don't think I'll be returning to this particular location as my first choice..I am deeply sorry if this...

The food looks really pretty. The taste is not bad it is just that there is no flavor whatsoever to the meat, there is relatively very little sauce, and the fries have no salt. It is just more of a depressing version of old-school Wendys. Too, they had NO ketchup out and available. When I asked the crew member for ketchup, he said there is some out there. I told him that no there is not. The drink machine was leaking all over the floor and I almost fell several times. They had a wet floor sign out, but that only goes so far bc they should have been actively fixing this and they seemed to not care at all. And, I told them I was dining in, yet my food was bagged like I was dining out. Overall, I was reminded why I stopped going to Wendys 2 years ago. It seems nothing has changed so I will give them another chance in...
