Place a mobile app order, so it’s Saturday I know it can get busy. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes before arriving, I get at the counter 2 female staff was standing there. So one was purchasing some sugar cookie or should I say a sugar cookie, Couldn’t get our bank app to work. The other Female staff decided she would pay for that cookie, All of 10 minutes of me, standing there the female staff act As if she was lost, Confused, and unprofessional, then had the audacity to ask me are you ready to order now? Really !!!!!! I told her I had a mobile order for pick up, The order was processed. It took out all of three minutes to try to find the order in the system. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me they have no control and when they put the orders in I didn’t want the order cause I have to wait on it, But I went ahead and waited and accept the orders because that’s what my girls wanted to eat at that particular time. I get the orders we make it home and lo and behold they left the burger out of the order so I proceeded to call back to the restaurant. It took four times for me to call before I actually got in contact with the manager. Stated to the manager that I was not coming back up there but you all screwed. My order up. Had me waiting for order that should have been already ready for me. I proceeded to tell him that I will make it a point to speak with the general manager corporate to find out. What can they do to fix this problem he proceeded to tell me if some mobile order, they don’t fix the order until you are in the building standing in front of the counter.. so I asked him what is the point of doing a mobile order if I have to be in the building that is something that you need to bring up to your district manager general manager corporate manager this is the issue that’s creating a lot of problems as I read the reviews I see I’m not the only one that’s having these issues if Wendy can’t fix the problem, then I’ll take my business somewhere else. Read moreHer attitude started when I placed my order. I started with "can I get 2 Dave's singles and 2 classic Chicken sandwices?" And she asked what I said so I repeated. Then she said "you want a Dave's single and a Chicken sandwich?" I said "Yes, two of each". Remind you, she had this irritated and rushed tone to her voice whenever she spoke. She said "so you want 4 burgers?" And again I confirmed. As I drive to the window I'm shaking my head. I'm glad I decided to record what happened next. Her rude mannerism and tone did not stop at the window. She told me the price and I said "wait how'd it come to $16?" Because I saw the sign that said 'buy one get one for $1'. Instead of just simply saying "the burger is [price] and the second one is a dollar" she started going on about how it's that much because I ordered 4 burgers and a drink. She said that two more times as I try to find out what made my total $16. Even after I paid she was being rude and even called her manager to explain to me why. I said to him "It's already been resolved. I don't know why she called you over here. I've already paid." She didn't say another word after that. SIDE NOTE: took the straw out of my bag. Read moreTerrible, Terrible, Terrible! First of all I went there around 10pm and I ordered a Fully Loaded Bake Potato which they didn't have. I ordered a #2 combo and a large Chili and a Double Stack and 1 medium Fry and a Junior Cheeseburger. $17 worth of food and get to the light and My Double that suppose to come with the #2 wasn't inside of my bag so I had to turn all the way around and get back into that long freaking line which they had the audacity to think that I had just decided to make up a lie to get that mess of a meal. So I get to the window and she say awe yes i do remember you and I didn't put the burger in there. You can remember that you didn't put the burger in my bag but you cant remember to put the burger in the bag? I told my husband that I really don't like this Wendy's but I just didn't want to drive all the way to Markham or any other location. The Fries were cold and jacked up the service sucks and they really need to close that location in all seriousness.
