Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs — Restaurant in Englewood

First time at a cheba hut ever. I can say the food was really good. However I came here with a group of 6 and we all were eating in the shop before we had to get going to an event. Most of our meals came except for one person in our group. This store was busy so the one member in our group who didn’t get their food waited for a bit but clearly the staff forgot about their food because they were too busy doing online orders. My friend went to ask about their food and they finally received if after we all had finished eating. Unfortunately we had to leave to make it to our event on time so they ate their food in the car instead of with us like we had planned. I’m also disappointed because I didn’t get my food ordered the way I wanted it but again this place was so busy and they seemed to only care about online orders so I didn’t feel confident in going to ask for my food the right way as I probably wouldn’t have gotten it back anyway. I don’t know if I’ll be back to this location or any...

This place is absolutely fantastic. The moment you walk in, you’ll see that every customer and every employee has smiles on their faces enjoying the atmosphere. There is art all over the walls which to me is awesome to see, because it gives personality to the restaurant. The employees are so kind and generous, while also having good time-management with making the orders on time. The food is a little pricey but it’s SO worth the money. You get a satisfaction from their food that leaves you not only feeling full, but also feeling hungry for more. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to have a relaxing but fun night out.

Asked for extra cucumber and banana peppers multiple times. Cashier did not care and rang in order with normal amount. Had to ask multiple times for the correct amount of banana peppers I had paid and requested. Service team was awful and acted as though I asked for another sandwich entirely. I work in the industry and I would have said "no problem let me get that for you. " However the rep at the end of the line had a look of judgement. When I went back for more because the requested extra peppers were never told to the sandwich makers ( due to lack of cashier careless) I was once again judged as if I asked for an entirely new sandwich. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR GET RID OF THE CHUMPS WHO DONT WANT TO WORK, EITHER OR. I expect a response from management...
