Blackjack Pizza & Salads — Restaurant in Littleton

First off let me start by saying my family and I love Blackjack Pizza! I just recently moved into the area and it was my first time ordering from this location. Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience compared to the location I was used to for so many years. The customer service was actually good but when I received my pizza it legitimately looked like a 3 year old cut it. There was one huge slice almost 1/3 on one side of the pizza and the other side had nothing but tiny cuts. It was the most awkwardly cut pizza I’ve ever received. Also, the flavor of the pizza was just off I don’t know what it was but it definitely did not taste like the Blackjack Pizza I’m used to. It tasted like the ingredients were old and the crust was soggy. The dough had a distinct sour taste to it as well. We ordered the deep dish cheese bread which was fine but the sausage pizza we ordered was definitely the worst pizza I’ve received from Blackjack in years. My family and I were pretty disappointed with that pizza and honestly if I’m going to order Blackjack again I’ll just drive up to my old location. They have never failed me. Definitely...

So check this out. We placed what we thought was a delivery order and about 45 minutes to an hour had gone by and we hadn’t received it yet which was unusually because blackjack normally delivers in under 30 minutes. My wife called the location and the manager picked up and acknowledged the order but said that it had actually been received as a pick up order and not a delivery order. Needless to say we were disappointed because it had been so long, we didn’t mind going to pick up the order but we were afraid the pizza was going to be cold from sitting. Without asking the manager comped the pizza and made us a new one, then set it up for delivery at no additional charge. We received a fresh hot pizza within five minutes of making a phone call and we didn’t even ask. Unbelievable customer service and unbelievable positive attitude. It’s so refreshing at a time where it seems like service companies couldn’t care less!...

The staff at this location is fantastic! I have never been treated with such enthusiasm and respect. The manager has so much energy. The pizza was fresh, and the salads are amazing! I will probably not purchase pizza anywhere else. Excellent Experience! I wanted to update this review. I just had another great experience with this store. I called to place a pick up order, and the associate I first spoke to was a newer employee. There was some confusion regarding the specials available, but the manager called me back to ensure that my order was correct, and to apply the best offer possible that would save me even more money! I have to say that the staff at this location goes above and beyond to make your experience the best experience possible. I will never buy pizza...
