Horrible experience this evening when I placed a ToGo order. I ordered online form the restaurant website thinking I was ordering direcly from the restaurant. It was not advertised that it was using DoorDash and there would be more than the $3.99 delivery fee.

I ordered a large pho, edamame and wontons but received dumplings and a mixed veggie plate. Also the drinks were missing and half of the broth for the pho was spilt.

When I called the restaurant it sounded as if I called someone's personal phone and had woken them up. The person just whispered a soft hello. It was difficult to hear them during most of the conversation bc they spoke so quietly.

They knew I was missing my drinks, said I could come get them and blamed the driver. After explaining that I needed the order delivered and had paid the fees for such, they didn't have another solution.

After some back and forth I requested a refund and the person said they didn't know how to do that. I asked to speak to the person in charge and that's who I was already speaking to. The person I was speaking to finally said they needed to contact DoorDash and would call me back. To my surprise they did call back with DoorDash customer service. That person offered a couple resolutions and was ultimately able to process a refund.

Way too stressful for such mediocre food. 10/10 wouldn't recommend and will not be a...

We love Pho Saigon Basil!!! Seriously, we eat it at least once a week. It’s awesome. We order a large rare steak pho to go, or two small rare steak phos if we eat in the restaurant.

I would love to give this place five stars. BUT I have to be honest & remove one star because the amount of steak & noodles in our large rare steak pho is so WILDLY INCONSISTENT. Last night I wondered if they accidentally gave us a small??? We count the meat each time to divide it between the two of us, & it ranges from 12-24 pieces of meat?!! That is too inconsistent! Sometimes I am starving & it feels like we don’t get enough food, other times we get a ton of food & I can’t finish it all.

All in all, great food, but it would be awesome if they could be more consistent with their serving sizes so we know...

We were ordering from here 1-2 times each week but decided to stop due to staffing/hygiene concerns. We went in two weeks ago and the woman at the counter was rude and didn't listen to me regarding our order, she rang up an incorrect amount/order after I corrected her the first time. She started sneezing and coughing, and wiped her nose with the same hand she was holding my credit card with. It almost seemed intention. They used to have great staff and the one young gentleman was helpful once I called him over to help. But given we've had a similar incident like this before with them and the same employee, it's not worth it anymore as I'm pretty appalled from our last experience. Really sad as this was our favorite place but there are other Pho places...

Really great quality and favors I expect from a Vietnamese spot. It’s fantastic traveling and having confidence in Vietnamese restaurants being reliable and delicious. I got the combination meat vermicelli platter which is one of my go tos and it did not disappoint! My wife got the shrimp fried rice and loved it - maybe could have used more shrimp but it was still pretty flavorful and plentiful with rice. The crab cheese wontons were also a nice snack/appetizer. We took the food back to our hotel but it looked like social distancing measures were in effect during this crazy covid time. The Pho looked yummy and would be our go to on a return visit in the cold days especially.

First time here, we see it we went to the Le Peep for brunch so finally decided to try this for dinner. Service was friendly and quick, the place is very clean and the large TV behind the back bar playing YouTube videos of Asian street food was very entertaining. We had the grilled shrimp spring rolls to start then the seafood noodle soup, the veggie pho with regular broth and the grilled combination noodle bowl. All were generous portions and very flavorful. There were bottles of Sriracha and hoison sauce on the table to use as well. We would definitely be back again to try some other menu items and definitely what we had before.

This little spot has pretty decent Pho when you're craving something hot on a cold day. I prefer the veggie pho because it's loaded with all kinds of vegetables and tofu, and I highly recommend getting it with the veggie broth because there is a lot less sodium in it. I also don't think the noodles get soggy compared to the other pho dishes, plus it just tastes better imo. It's a nice quiet place to relax and unwind. The service is usually pretty quick.
