Snarf's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Littleton

My husband walked in , several employees were having a conversation between themselves when he walked in. Immediately he could hear them cursing loudly . No employee greeted him upon walking in. He walks up to the register asking if this is where he places his order . He was unsure since he has not been to this location before and no one was greeting him upon walking in .

The male employee with red hair passive aggressively walked up , looked both ways and replied “seems like a good place to start.”

He then asked about adding peppers to a sandwich to which he got another rude response . Snarfs has always been one of our favorites but not this location . If you’re going to want to keep business , put someone behind the register that at minimum can say hello and not be bothered with questions about YOUR menu . Unacceptable behavior , do better.

I tried Snarf's for the first time today and was so impressed! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a hello from an employee named Seth. He was so nice, and his energy was contagious. When I said I had never been there before, he took the time to recommend a couple of sandwiches and seemed really genuine. I decided on the Italian sub and loved the subtle kick, which was a nice little twist to a basic Italian sub.

The vibe is so cute, and the experience is totally different than other sandwich shops. Seth was the highlight of my visit and is the kind of employee that any employer should strive to have on their team.

The Italian sub was top tier, prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere is awesome! My only complaint? No black olives! Come on, Snarf's, you've got to...

I wanted to doubt the reviews about bad service - unfortunately they are true. Snarfs you gotta get involved in the west Bowles location. Your employees are awful! Had an internet order which said it would be ready at 12:30. Arrived at12:27 fully expecting that u was there slightly early and it might not be ready. But the girl with extreme snark (maybe THATS the name of this outlet?) said. “Well, your order isn’t supposed to be ready until 12:35!” I said, no problem.
