I had a very bad experience here. I placed my order online and when I arrived at the restaurant the young African American man with the durag on his head, no name tag, and visible tattoos covering his body was very rude to me after I told him he did not make my sandwich the correct way. He blew a sigh of frustration, rolled his eyes, took the sandwich from me and started to service other customers who arrived after I did instead of immediately correcting his mistake. When he finally made my sandwich, the bread was burnt and instead of handing it to me or placing it in the proper pick up area, he placed it on the counter above the workspace area of the employees and moved on to the next customer. He did not thank me for my service, nor did he apologize to me for his actions. When conducting a business it is crucial that the employees are educated well enough to perform their duties properly to ensure that the business continues to thrive. Working in food myself, if I (manager) ever had a digital order sent out the way I got my food, my employee/employees would get fired on the spot! My meal tonight was over $100 with half of my stuff missing. . . At first I thought it was just the 6 chips they didn’t add to my bag. . . But then realize very soon after 4 of my 7 sandwiches were not in the bag either. Oh but the list can continue, my footings weren’t cut, I had more mustard then I did anything else, and when it comes to the toppings - it looks like someone grabbed the tops all in one hand through it on the bread drenched them in mustard, closed it and wrapped the sandwich. Read moreThis place is absolutely the worst. They never accept coupons, and they have a sign saying "the system isn't working today." This has been going on for over a year, if not longer. We ordered two sandwiches and a churro. First of all, the deli area isn’t visible; they’ve covered it up, so you can’t see anything. Why? The sandwiches were served cold, and when I realized they hadn’t heated them properly (obviously because the counter is set up so you can't see), I asked them to warm them up. However, since the toppings were already added, everything was cold. It seemed like a new employee helped us (I assume), but her coworker, Sarah, showed no willingness to assist or guide her. As for the churro, while it was served hot, it was so hard that we ended up throwing it away.
