Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Livermore

I arrived at 835PM and the drive "open" sign was on but no one was answering the intercom. I drove through an confirmed the light was on but saw no workers. I went to the door and confirmed the drive through was open until 9PM and I saw a worker inside, so I tried again. Again no response to the intercom, so I honked to get the worker's attention; he looked up when I honked but ignored me. I honked again and raised my arms in the universal WTF motion, he again ignored me. I did the same one more time and he finally indicated they were closed. I drove through and saw the "open" light was still on, and watched as he turned it off. I'm fine with the store closing early, and only mildly annoyed that the open sign was left on. It is just rude though to ignore the person in the drive through rather than proactively signaling the closure - especially given the store closed early and left the open sign...

Happened on May 31, at around 8:15am. Nice people but whoever is cooking or preparing the food should be retrained or should look for another job. Not sure if bread was dropped but it was DIRTY full of either spider webs or white hair couldn’t tell. Lazy slob didn’t even try dusting it off. Just use another bread dude. Worst thing about it is I had taken a bite already. Threw it immediately out of anger which is why I didn’t even take a picture. Like I said nice lady taking the order but the food was unacceptable. I don’t even like going out of my way to leave reviews but this was super annoying and shouldn’t happen to...

I had a very bad customer service and disrespectful experience!! no wonder there's only 3-☆ Review rating. Just for a BAD TASTE ON MY DRINK and trying to get a diferent drink and couldn't get it because the Mgr. and Assistant Mgr. Ask me to pay for a diferent drink and I even ask to show good customer service and they told me that they don't do that so I told them that I will complain and will give them bad reviews and told me to leave and shut the drive thru window. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE JUST FOR A BAD DRINK I HAD. FOR SURE I WON'T COME...
