Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Livermore

My wife and I went to this Chick-fil-A (N. Livermore Ave) location this Friday evening for a "mobile pick-up" order. What a COMPLETE Cluster..!! The drive-thru / parking lot designers of this location should be arrested and put on trial for Excessive STUPIDITY. Only one lane to enter from N. Livermore Ave. 1 Lane for entry to drive thru + parking Exit from drive thru crosses the entry lane for drive thru + parking (cars easily block exit route) Exit from parking crosses the entry lane for drive thru + parking (again, cars easily block exit route) 1 Left turn lane upon exit to N. Livermore Ave. 1 Combo (Straight or Right) turn lane upon exit to N. Livermore Ave. It is impossible to have designed this worse. I will NOT go to this Chick-fil-A again until the access/exit is corrected. Gio (Giovanni) and Mackenzie are amazing employees! They immediately greeted us with radiant smiles and energetic kindness. I’ve been to many chick-fil-a’s in my lifetime, and this location is my favourite! The food is delicious. The service is even better! Every employee has been so happy, professional, patient, and warm-hearted. Gio was so friendly to talk to and ask questions about the menu. Mackenzie was very sweet and helpful for our to-go orders. They truly made the drive-thru experience a highlight of my week. I felt so taken care of and enthusiastic about life after receiving such outstanding service. Been coming to the location pretty consistently for the last couple years. After initial opening, the food quality dropped a bit and fries were soggy and chicken was moderate temp. However, the last several visits, the food has consistently been hot and fresh, fries slightly crisp and salted and the same consistently friendly service.

After having issues twice at the Pleasanton location, always with veggie wrap, I've never had an issue with my order being correct at this location.

This past visit the line was not long, but seemed to take forever for the line to move. I still rate it higher than any other fast food in the area for accuracy, friendliness and promptness in receiving our order. The cleanliness indoors keeps us coming...
