Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Livermore

The employees at this specific restaraunt have lied to me 3 visits in a row. The menu does NOT show onions on their Fajita Pita. I remembered them having onions in the past, so I ordered one with no onions. The cashier said they do not come with onions.

I got home and it had a load of onions. This same situation has literally happened to me 3 times in a row during this past week,, with them arguing that it does NOT come with onions but when I get home and try to eat it, and they always have onions. This is so frustrating. I have wasted like $20 on these 3 visits because the onions melt into the cheese and its very hard to pick them out.

I just can't go back to get it replaced when I get off at 3am so when I get home I just want to eat and go to bed.

I called the restaraunt to fix this, but no manager was on duty and the clerk basically said it was my fault for not coming back the same morning at 4am lol. The clerk I spoke with also said that they DO come WITH ONIONS but the menu does not show it. But it's my fault when I even tried to order them with no onions and they told me they do not come with onions?

I will go there 1 more time to remedy this situation, if they do not fix it, I will leave this review up, if they do fix it, I will take...

Terrible customer service. First of all, I used a debit card I knew had low funds because the total was around $10 so that was my mistake. It didn't work so I gave them a different card. That one went through and so did the first one!! I basically got charged twice, once on each card. They never gave me a receipt with my order either. The woman who made our order was incredibly rude. She took our order and mumbled incomprehensible words and clearly wasn't paying attention. The man who helped me rudely tossed the receipt on the counter for me to look at. I explained the issue to him and he barely understood what the problem was. After I explained, they made me get rung up again as if it was gonna work. They took the money out of my account already, of course it isn't going to work, it was already low on funds. The moment it declined, the woman at the counter immediately yelled "DECLINED!!" and started chuckling as if it was a joke or something.
