Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Livermore

Honestly, I absolutely love Dominos...and if they had 1/2 a star, I'd do 3 1/2 stars, but I rounded up due to me liking Dominos so much mainly for their Pan Pizzas.

And idk if they are under new management or not, but honestly, they ain't doing so well. I literally Never had an issue with their 2-topping Handmade Pan Pizza coupon for $8.99, but they don't offer it anymore even though it is still Advertised on their site. And minimum delivery charge used to be $15, but now it's $22, sorry but that is Ridiculous.

I only ordered a Pizza tonight because I'm really craving one. But if the minimum delivery charge continues to stay at $22, then I ain't gonna order from here as often as I usually do and I'll find somewhere cheaper otherwise they better offer free delivery if their minimum delivery "charge" is gonna be $22. If they want to have a minimum charge and charge for delivery, then they may want to reconsider going back to the minimum of requirement of the order to $15 because there is a delivery charge on top of the minimum order requirement. So, they should take that into consideration. If min. requirement is gonna continue to be $22 rather than $15, I feel like free delivery would be reasonable for those who can't typically afford much.

UPDATE: I still absolutely do love Domino's in all, but the main reason for 3-star rating now is because of solely the cost. Other than a $19 minimum fee (which is stupid btw); I had noticed for quite a while now that some of their items had gotten more expensive over time. Their 2-liter sodas used to be $2-something and now they're $3.49. Even if some of their coupons are good deals; the minimum fee before checkout is not worth it unless you're rich...Best online options: To wait until they have their 50% off coupons/deals other-wise it's better and cheaper to just do in-store pickup. Don't get me wrong where I do enjoy the points toward a free pizza, but solely due to the costs rising, delivery ain't worth it & they're going to end up eventually losing some customers that way unless they're actually rich. Not everyone can afford the costs that their food has come to for delivery esp. if/when they want to pay cash. Idk, if that was a motive for more in-store pick-ups rather than delivery, but that's...

OOOOOH MY BAPHOMET! LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS TRASH FIRE, TRAIN WRECK OF A TRANSACTION!

Order at 11:43pm! I realize this is a late time to place an order, but I’m a mom, it’s a Saturday, kid went to bed late, I wanted to party shamelessly with some carbs. So, my brain betrayed me and allowed me to forget that this place probably makes their employees wear gloves to protect their employees from handling the toxic waste that is domino’s and not so much to protect those who consume it. Thanks, brain.

Because I’m an insane control freak with my food (yes, I even hold domino’s accountable for sending something edible, what a monster, right?) and because my hanger has been brewing in a vat of pure impatience, I check the tracker like I’m confident in my lottery numbers. I’m so ready for processed chicken Cesar salad and the crack cheese bread to be sliding down my throat hole.

AN HOUR AND A HALF BLOWS BY and we finally receive our order. Know what I found? ACTUAL GARBAGE! The greens were so slimy, red and brown, I wondered if someone had already eaten this salad, digested it (slowly) and pooped it right back into the plastic container. The cheese bread was burned. THE CHEESE WAS BURNED! There should be a faction of police to handle such socially criminal behavior! BURNED! I don’t know a single person walking this planet who deserves burned cheese, I’m pretty sure they banned that sort of inhumanity from Guantanamo Bay along with teeth pulling!

Because I’m a civilized adult, I CALLED BACK AND COMPLAINED LIKE MY HUNGER HAD REACHED CRITICAL LEVELS! In a matter of fifteen minutes (which was actually quite impressive), they were kind enough to SEND ME ANOTHER BURNED CHEESE BREAD, WHAT DIMENSIONAL PLAIN IS MY DOOMED SOUL ROAMING?!

You hurt me, Domino’s. Really...

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Non-Veg Pieces in My Veg Pizza Orders

Message: Dear Domino’s Team,

I am writing to raise a very serious concern regarding my recent orders. • Two weeks ago, I ordered a Veg Pizza but shockingly found chicken pieces in it. • Today, September 20, 2025, I again ordered a Veg Pizza from your store. While placing the order, I specifically informed the staff about my previous experience. Despite that, after bringing the pizza home, I found pepperoni in it.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I have dietary restrictions due to allergies and do not consume non-vegetarian food. Such repeated mistakes show a lack of care and attention towards customer health and trust.

I request you to: Investigate this matter seriously. Take immediate corrective action at the store level. Provide me with an assurance that such negligence will not happen again.
