This place is utterly ridiculous. So I’m like wow a new dominos close by the house, cool. We order at 7:13pm driver left the store at 7:47pm. I’m watching her on the tracker. Tracker says 19 mins before delivery, yet she was 2 mins away from our house. That was confusing, so I watched her drive half a mile away pass our house and delivered to 2 houses on the same side as us but half mile down (remember she passed us up). Oh then she goes down telegraph to go back to Plymouth by Marcos Coney Island which is less then 2 mins from the Dominos and then she proceeds to come back towards us which is 6 mins away. I called the store because I didn’t understand why she passed us up. Was told a manager would be right with me. He (never got his name) gets on the phone I re-explain my concerns he puts me on hold comes back and says “your food will be there in 2 mins”. I asked him if he heard anything I said. I told him I was concerned my food would be cold as it left the store over 20 mins ago and the driver passed our street twice. He says “ well it’s in a hot bag”. I said sir I dont think you understand the food will not be fresh, the dough will be hard. I’ve had this experience with pizza from other dominos before. Welp hubby was not happy about the conversation and took over, needless to say the manager guy hung up on my husband. The driver finally gets here. I told her to take it back to the store. 1. We’re not eating food that was prepared over 30 mins ago and it’s pizza and expect it to be fresh. 2. If I explain something simple to you and your the manager and you discount me as a paying customer then you will not be very successful with that store or anywhere else for that matter. 3. I’ll never order from Dominos again…period. I wanted to give this one the benefit of the doubt because we use to get our food delivered from Middlebelt between 5-6 mile but they no longer pop up for us for delivery. Read morePlaced an order for delivery last night. Ordered at 8:29. Our order was done at 8:50 and in quality check. Didn't get the text that our food was being delivered until 9:15. We are within 3 mins from there if not closer. Food arrived little while later. When I received it I had one of the pizzas wrong. It was just a regular pepperoni pizza for the kids but it had onions,gr pepper and mushrooms so they wouldn't eat it. So I instantly called there to let them know I'd need a pepperoni pizza. I started to say what happend and the phone disconnected. Or she hung up on me. I called right back and was put on hold. After 7mins of being on hold i was annoyed because the other things we ordered were getting cold and my kids had already waited an hour by the time delivery guy showed up. So I stayed on hold and drove the 3 mins there. When walking in no one greeted us for a few as we stood there. Some people were cleaning,talking and doing orders but not answering the phone and at this time it was almost 14 mins on hold and no one making a priority for those on phone or at the door. Finally they came over and through in a pepperoni pizza and the cheese bread and told me id have to wait another 10 mins. I couldn't help but be annoyed that I paid the delivery fee of almost $5 plus almost $8 tip on card and cash to then have to go and get my kids food and come back and have my food cold. Our food was just under $40. Then the icing on the cake is that pizza wasn't even fully cooked. It was doughy so it was trashed. So much for family movie night and pizza with my kids. Last time I ordered wings they were all drums and not fully cooked either. We go quite a bit and I never complain but this is becoming very inconvenient. Read moreThe worst, most difficult ordering experience ever! We placed an order for 3 pizzas online and the website failed to process our payment. However, we had 3 pending charges of $42 ($126). We called the store to advise of this and were told that the payment should reverse within 24hrs AND this happens everyday by Kelly (strike 1). Since we had a hungry child at home, we decided to just place another order directly with her which was another $42 charge, as we were told that the order would only take 30 minutes to arrive. After 20 minutes, she calls back and says we are out of the delivery range even though we are only 2 miles from the store and the website said that this was our store locale (strike 2). I basically had to go off and ask her to make an exception since we have had to go thru so much, JUST FOR 3 PIZZAS. She kindly agreed and honestly tried her best. After 52 minutes, the delivery driver calls and says that we gave the wrong address, which we did not, and that he can not find the house only a business. I provided the correct address and he said he was 5 minutes away. As I sit here typing this, it's been a good 20 minutes since he called (strike 3). At this point, this is utter incompetence at it's finest! You can't make this stuff up! I'm sure our 3 pizzas will be cold and flavorless by now as they have been sitting in the delivery driver's car for the past 30-40 minutes and we are only 5 minutes away AT BEST!!
