Toarmina's Pizza — Restaurant in Livonia

The past 8 or 9 years I've had a pretty serious case of clinical depression. About a year ago, I saw the 24" pizza. I must've been almost a 5th of gin down because all I remember is this HUGE box showing up at my door. It smelled amazing. It looked amazing. As I took my first bite, the frown in my soul brightened up: my spirits lifted instantly and before I was halfway done with the pizza, I had realized that I needed to quit my job, get sober, and go to college. In my journey of self betterment, I wrestled many demons; one worry I never had was what pizza I would be having that night. And let me tell you, I ate this pizza a LOT. Every bite brings me back to the sweet nirvana of my first bite, and I remember why I no longer get plastered before working my construction job. I ordered online from this particular Taormina's and I always request that my pizza be cut into squares in the additional comments/request. Well the last 3 times I had ordered they didn't and blamed it on new employees. Finally on the 4th time they still didn't cut into squares and I didn't want to wait for a another pizza so I just told them to recut it. Instead of cutting into squares as I originally wanted it they cut into little slivers of pizza. When I got home and discovered they still didn't cut into squares I called them back to voice my concerns. Of course I got the standard story we have new employees story. I asked to get the owners information and the lady got very defensive and rude and told us that the she is on vacation and has no idea when she'll be back. I left my name and number and never received a phone call from the owner. I assume it never made it to her. I no longer order from toarmina's. It's just not worth...

Easy to order. Ready when I got there. First time ever ordering here for my sons birthday party at a place nearby. I placed the order online. Got to the store, pulling pizza out as I arrived. Gave me the total and I paid and walked out. Reviewed my bank statement and see i was charged twice. Not realizing i chose the pay online not pay in store but i did both. I just realized this morning and looking to call the store to have it fixed once they open. Food was great. Staff was friendly. Would just like my money back for the extra charge: will fix review...
